Fuhh..it had been like a month when i dropped my last post about activating this blog again.. seriously time is passing by me so fast without me knowing it... banyak sgt benda kena buat at the same time so otak tak berape 'center' sgt nk update blog ni..aku mmg lama da rasa nk menulis balik is just xda masa & when ade masa banyak plak xda idea & ada benda laen lagi penting nk buat hahaha so end up blog ni xberupdate...huhuhu

so it has been almost 5years i'm here in hradec kralove & still alive!!..5year - not my final year yet since im doing 6year medical program.. so i hv extra a year untuk di bazirkan kt sini :) like it or not kena la gak kan hahaha!

ok banyak benda nk cerita tapi bila nk tulis je kt sini lupe terus semua benda :P

oh nk cerita last time kt class peads masa round ward tu kena check satu baby sgtla kesian..it's a premature baby yang banyak gilerrrr complications, and i would say kesian sangat2 la, the baby was just after removal of his intestines due to necrosing enterocolitis, then dia bute sebb retinal detachment, and neurological findings of the baby pon tak berape positive huhu..now dia dah almost 4 bulan..masa aku cek baby tu aku tak tahu la dia bute, tapi mata dia mmg mcm xfocus kt satu tempat sgt mcm baby biasa, dia mcm org tak tentu hala tu & when doctor told us that the baby is blind.. aku agak terkejut la..huhu kesian la kecit2 dah banyak masalah.. the worst part is mak si baby tu plak jenis tak bertanggungjawab, and as for now prognosis or hala tuju budak tu mmg tak tahu lagi la mcmana..aishhh sedihh! :( mmg sape2 nk amek peads later on kena la ade strong heart(mcm korea punya show tu keke^^), aku personally mcm xsanggup je tgok baby kecit2 cmni banyak giler problems..rasa sayu hati.. lagi sedih & geram klu masalah baby tu adalah from irresponsible mother yg merokok, minum arak, dadah etc..

since aku cakap pasal budak kecik ni aku nk share gak la pasal Ambylopia or the so called "lazy eye"... benda ni antara punya utama la gak budak preschool age strabismus or juling.. aku tak tahu system kt malaysia mcmana in term of checking mata budak kecit ni, tapi it's important to exclude any abnormalities kt mata anak2 masa kecit.. especially klu masalah mata tu hanya one sided je, budak kadang2 xdapat beza sebb dia still leh nampak guna sebelah lagi & the problem gak kdg2 budak kecit ni dia takle cakap or tak mengadu dia tak nampak... so klu kita yg dewasa ni xdpt detect sangat la masalah..
sebb ape? sebb bila ade je masalah pada satu mata, mata yg bermasalah tu selalunya kabur or blind kan..kate la mata kiri masalah, so secara automatikly otak kita akan pilih/ikot image yg nampak jelas dari mata kanan yg ok je..so dia mengabaikan penglihatan dari mata kiri yg kabur/buta tu..so process ni menyebabkan budak kecit tu sort of train mata kanan je untuk melihat, di tak pakai mata kiri..benda ni la menyebabkan diorg jadik juling/squinting..ni penerangan secara general la supaya mudah dipahami..
aku share benda ni sebb aku rasa agak penting la gak, as untuk treat budak ni untuk tak bagi juling kena start as early as possible sebelom dia juling btol..kena prevent la dari juling sebb mesti la kita takmo kan anak kita tiba2 membesar mata jadik juling.. so it's better untuk detect benda ni awal supaya leh prevent it from happening, cuma aku tak tahu cmna system kt malaysia pasal benda ni, klu ade system regular cek mata ke utk baby ok la, klu tak so it will be responsibility of the parents la untuk g hospital n cek mata anak2 kalian.. kalu sihat alhamdulillah, klu tak sihat pon ade cara untuk dirawat so dont worry.. it's just lagi cepat problem ni leh didetect lagi bagus % mata tu le jadi normal & mudah jgk untuk dirawat :)

menariknya di hospital beberapa minggu lepas... met this patient with marfan syndrome! it's relatively a very rare disease to be found..even my doctor told me that that was his 2nd time met such patient in his medical career up to now..

marfan syndrome is a genetic disorder of connective tissue... i dont want to explain everything in detail related to the pathogenesis of the disease..and to make it simple it's a autosomal dominant disease, but dont worry u'll be at risk only if either ur father or mother has this disease, if not u're in the safe zone then :)

what make this disease interesting in my point of view as medical student is the complications and all the clinical manisfestations that can be observe from the patient.. still can remember someone told me -the severe & complicated the disease, the interesting it wud be for doc & medical student :P *especially in term of learning purposes & experiences..

ok back to the patient, from the start when u approach this marfan patient u can easily identify the typical tall with long limb, and the thin and slim fingers.. i'll provide here later some picture to help your imagination :P hehehe...

since this disease is a disorder of connective tissue thus the manisfestion will be so general involving many organs such as eyes, heart etc etc.. but i'll only write here the most common one..

1. Patient has problem with vision/eyes because of ectopic lentis or subluxation/dislocation of the lens..pt usually experiences astigmatism or near-sightedness..but can also hv far-sightedness.. sometime pt also have glaucoma, retina probs etc2...

2. gothic palate, pectus excavatum!

3. his heart is the main reason why he's being admitted in the hospital..he has insufficiency in all 4 valves [the most severe aortic n mitral valve] and already had transplantation of aortic valve and had also ascending aorta replacement due to aortic aneurysm..

*his ascending aorta aneurysm/dilation of ascending aorta leads to dilation also of the heart at the area of the aortic valve, thus leading to severe insufficiency of the aortic valve... but all these complication already being 'repaired' few years ago...

from history taking, his mother died due to rupture of disecting aorta.. marfan snyndrome is one of the etiology of disecting aorta aneurysm beside hypertension, syphilis etcetc... due to weakening of the CT, the intima of the aorta can be easily teared and a false channel can be found under the intima...[picca below~]

pt with disecting aortic aneurysm is at high risk of aortic rupture - externally to pericardium and can lead to sudden death due to cardiac tamponade...

it also can cause sternose@block of the aorta itself & also the main branches of aorta ; carotid artery, subclavian artery etc...leading to stokes & death because of the impairment of the blood supply...

the current problems of the patient is the mitral valve insufficiency, he's about to have mitral valve transplantation on the next day...so we sent him for regular procedure before cardiosurgery : coronary angiography to see does he has any prob with the blood supply of the heart..etc etc...

*ascultation, he has a very loud murmur all over her chest..due to the insufficiency of the heart valves but the maximum point is at the axilla area and mitral region..

ok enough with heart..

4. others :

lungs- spontaneous pneumothorax is pretty common in marfan syndrome..

CNS disturbances -dural ectasia, spine problems etc...

so i guess that's all guys...all this info is not complete, just sharing what i remember and some facts i found from google-ing etc...

Mexican mangoes----> Kerabu Mangga

....a spontaneous idea came after meronda-ronda in Tesco Dum this evening with my housemate..thinking of buying a mango to eat, so try to find a ripe one,but none of them look ripe enuf to be eat immediately...so end up buying not-so-ripe mango and come out with the idea of making this kerabu mangga hehe..

surgery anyone?

today is another typical day as medic student...

had surgery practical this morning..

after about a month following a cardiac surgeon, learned & watched all kinds of heart surgeries, *teringt team medical dragon plak tiba2 LoL!...

today we had a new surgeon from traumatology department... we met him in the OT of the dept, together watched him finishing his operation of knee which i dunno what was the cause etc2 :p...then we continue our learning session by discussing the basic stuff about bone fractures, surgery remodelling bone etcc..visiting wards & met some patients..

interesting but imo it's not as fun as cardiosurgery tho :P banyak sgt besi2!!! hahaha~

*tonton gmbr hiasan je k...i have some photos taken during our surgery lessons but bcoz of some reasons i dont think i'll put it here..huhu...

finish class..went to kaufland to buy some stuff and since allowance mara da masuk so we decided to had our lunch [with rian, fara, didie, madihah and raini] at a restaurant which i dun remember the name but was recommended by raini keke~! this is the 1st time i ate there! great restaurant, not bad, i ate Salmon with prawns creamy sauce...burppp kenyang gilerrr :) :) luckily i didnt take any picca of the foods if not u guys must be drooling watching it..hahaha

i dunno wat else to write here...so stop here for now..will cont later :)

alhamdulillah...i've done with 2 out of 3 final exam i've for this year..

only one left which is pathoanatomy this coming july..i'm totally grateful and happy..

i just cant tell how bizzare my life was before..but now alhamdulillah lega tak terkata..

that;s y i always say it's a worthwhile journey to study medicine and spend 6years in the country called Czech republic.. kekekeke~ i can say not only medicine that i learned here, but also complex map of hurdles and the hardships to survive in life.. hope some of them wud prepare me for the more adventure life ahead....huhuhu

i'm happy because all of us who took the exam as for now passed...thanks Allah for easing our way!...i'm soo gratefulll !!!hope everyone including me can celeb raya kt malaysiaaaa this yearr...

but, eventho i onlyhave one more to go for my final, but still have to work hard for it, dun want to feel so comfortable about it...berjuang!

oh soo longg since the last time i'm updating this blog...sometime i just forgot about having a blog...too busy with all the youtube & study things and not to forget the Kpop waves that hits me currently..and NOW the final exam..aaaaa~

Alhamdulillah i've done with one which is psychology final last week...and the next day after tumorow gonna have pathophys final...i'm soo freaking out now... cant really tell whether i'm ready or not, yep i've done reading & go tru everything...i'm just hoping i can remember wat i've read and get a nice questions..i'm just hoping for the best...

anything that might happen on the 25th...i'll accept it with all my heart...because i know Allah knows the best for me :) strong heart & strong mind...hihi :p

Today i was like 'terbukak hati' nak pegi usrah kt baitul musab...it's quite long since the last time i went to any usrah program actually....

today talk was about GF.. serangan fikiran... it was quite interesting tho to listen to such talk since i myself do realize about all these things that happen around me...but it's just sometime my ignorance is shadowing those reality from me...my bad!huhuhu...ok dont wanna talk further about it since im not that good in explaining all those stuffs..hoho

ok today i was like thinking about my coming final exam... as next week is the last week pf april, i think i've to move my butt and work hard start from now... if not i think i'll be in big trouble...

alhamdulillah...i cant really describe this feeling... satisfied? happy? grateful? worry? burdened? all in one i guess... i just got an email from Student Dept. of my university regarding the money from the Financial Awards of previous academic year .. so i'll get the money in this coming May...8500kc = ~330euro =~ rm1500!!! not the best results tho but still i'm grateful....alhamdulillah! =)

[*financial awards : Dapat sort of anugerah yg berupa duit poket ;p from university sbb perform quite well during the final exam.. hoho from exam result tu ade la grading dia..haha susah nk explain :p]

yuhuuu... gembira~!! Perfect time to get the money now since currently me economically not really stable! lagi la nk balik malaysia ni kan...hahaha~

i'm so thankful to Allah, family and friend...

thanks sooo much for the help and support...

back to 2008/2009 academic year.... frankly i didnt actually put any target to get those award..., because what is more important when it comes to final exam is to pass them all, to move to next academic year smoothly, just as scheduled w/out any delay [this is exactly what always in my mind!]... getting those award is a rezeki from Allah and i accept it with all my heart, and i take it as a compliment and 'batu loncatan' for me to work hard till the end..insyaAllah!

however, i really cant hide/deny the feeling inside...i'm so worry about this coming final seriously!!... with the gamble-ness of taking all the exams in pre-term [a bit early ; before the official exam period].. am i confident enuf to do this or i'm just following my heart my eagerness to go back to malaysia early?? i dunno...with the motivational level up and down.. i just sooo sooooo freaking out when thinking about this coming final exam...!!!

but...since i've decided everything regerding the date of exams.. so what i can do is just to work for it...dont think to much about the date, just work to the max, and the rest lets Allah decide for u... because He always knows the best for us...ameen...

i'm studying med psychology right now... i think i'm so into this subject...eventho i've to admit only small things learned are applied in my daily life..as medical student as for now.. but i think this subject remind me back the time when i studied Business & Management in KMB...

all the theories mentioned in the books and the notes are very applicable in daily life.. personally love reading about people, behaviour n stuffs... eventho me myself ntah ape2..hahaha~

hi everyone! how r u guys doing? i'm actually dont know what to blog right now..just randomly open this blog & expecting some ideas come once i start typing something here...there are nothing much happen lately that's why i did not actively updating this blog like before.. as i mentioned in the previous post, the summer semester is just started, and i'm pretty busy catching up the current learning pace and at the same time reviewing the previous notes, it's so tiring and stressed me up!.. i don't really know about others, but as for me, i'm seriously worry about this coming final exam...summer final exam.. maybe it's too early to start worrying about it ....or maybe it's just me with some OCPD [obsessive compulsive personality disorder]??..paranoid!hahahaha....

a few days ago, a friend of mine did ask me " buat ape weekend ni, study ke koin? mesti la kan awak rajin.." ...i dont really like the later statement that much tho.. either it's praises or what i dun really mind..but i had so much of it, and frankly i hate it when people telling me that i'm RAJIN and calling me budak rajin blablabla....rajin? rajin sangat ke aku ni?hahaha... i dont think i deserved to be called rajin, since there are lot more people out there who are extra super rajin kot...if i'm rajin then everyone deserves to be called rajin too kot & u guys are in such a great denial if u're saying not, and telling me that u're lazy all the time/most of time...yes i admit there is time when we feel sooo berat tulang but believe me when the time comes, sooner or later, all of us HAVE to turn to be rajin..rite?...

i just dont like procastinating my work and to be frank, i know my pace of studying, so i just cant stupidly following others;- when i have to start, when to stop etc2...... and for the exam preparations...i'm just sooo freaking out to meet the Prof during the exam if i'm not confident enough prepared for it, not finish reading the questions etc2...i know TAWAKAL, but for me i only can heartedly say "tawakaltu'alallah" once i've done the best i can, then only i leave the rest to HIM... i cant easily bertawakal if i'm myself know that i'm not ready and i can do better than this etc2.... I'm doing THE BEST for my part, and leave the rest to Him..insyaALLAH....

& for my exams' results, frankly i never EAGERLY wanted to get an excellent results for all my exam papers, but of course all praises to Him if i got 1, Alhamdulillah.... i think getting 1= Excellent is just a bonus point to boost up our motivational level, that's it, no more than that....clearly, for me passing the exams are more important & that's more than enough, i'm soo grateful for that.. Alhamdulillah ...

why am i suppose to write all these things???? entah la... mungkin sebab i'm anoyyed with some people who always telling me --> kamu rajin, kamu xpayah risau, kamu ok punye, ala ko cakap je susah, ala ko mesti nk 1 kan, etc..etc..etc...

oit2 aku manusia jugak..ade perasaan xconfident, takot, cuak, neves tu biasa la...adoi! hahaaha ok ape yang aku membebel ni??hahaha..

konklusinya.. i dont like praises! because they kill me slowly..huhuhu :p

orite stop about the study things...lets move on to other topics.. orite..i used to have strong resistance toward the koreans thingy ;- movie, idols, songs, tv shows etc -xlayan haha... but currently, CN Blue new korea boyband seems successfully break the resistance...and i'm so like them sooo much! :p I'm a loner is their single and the group have 4 members ; all of them playing instruments instead of dancing!! owhh hot~! hahaha and currently i watch Making of CN Blue hoho~ and now, i also watch some SNSD TV shows...hahaha lawak2! bley pecah perut gelak..

apart from that, i also follow Na-O-Mei and Puaka Gunung Raya at tv3...all new romance/ comedy on the movie25.com...one piece & animeeesssss..... now i know why i'm sooo busy... my study and my lagha thingy semakin banyak sekarang hahahaha...no wonder!

owh lupa nk cerita, before the new sem began, at first we decided to spend our holiday either in dublin or london because the flight ticket was soo cheap that time... but due to some reasons, we had to cancel it and decided to spend our holiday in czech republic bumi tercinta je..haha

i went to brno & olomouc for 4days... staying at yana's and do some shop there...having soo much fun!!!! 1st day ; yana cooked us tomyam.. the next day ; jepa cooked us delicious dinner... and before went back home, Deli treated us at such a romantic restaurant! hihihi... thankss everyone for the great hospitality :) after that, we went to prague.. staying at mimmi place...& got free haircut! hihihi i like!!! seems mimmi's skill in potong memotong rambut had improved a lot...nnti bley la buat part time eh mimmi :) went to Korea Mart & Farah Halal...shopping makanan! :p

orite...dah blurr xtau nk cerita ape!!! i want to watch Pasta, a korean drama series at mysoju! :)

Jujurnya, aku rindu sambutan Maulidur Rasul di Malaysia, khususnya di peringkat sekolah... perarakan sambil bersalawat ke atas Nabi SAW, Pertandingan Banner, pertandingan nasyid berkisarkan sejarah hidup Nabi SAW, Ceramah dan berbagai2 pertandingan lain...

...so nk dijadikan cerita, sejak kebelakangan ni, sejak2 belajar pasal saket tu saket ni...aku pon terpikir la macam2... hyperchondriac ke aku ni??! ahhh...

tadi aku ronda2 dirangkaian maya ni, jumpa la satu website ni untuk kira kita punya recommendation daily water intake..

tapi korg kena isi berat badan & select physical activities dlu...nnti dia calculatekan..hihi

harini ngn gigih aku bergerak, aku susun balik note internal med aku balik, kemas bilik, pastu aku rearrange skali susunan furnitures dalam bilik aku, letak meja study betol2 depan katil..supaya rasa bersalah je bila tido banyak sangat & landing banyak sgt atas katil muahahah...

semalam lepak & makan2.. awang & ayie masak sempena belated birthday awang..kitorg sembang2 merepek2 sampai malam bute...

Semalam aku abes Final PE, internal Medicine..Alhamdulillah everything went very2 well..eventho mase nk buat MCQ tu macam2 masalah ade, akhirnya penantian semua hari tu berbaloi..hihi..

Lepas dah comfirm lulus MCQ, Dr Dulicek bawak g Hematology&Oncology department untuk buat 2nd part of the final..examine patient.. Aku dapat sorang patient perempuan ni umur dia 57, nama Marie Huskova...[dari history taking yg aku buat :)]

Saket wanita ni memng tidak diberitahu sebb kitorg kena examine sendiri & come out dengan conclusion sendiri...

tapi kali ni gelabah sket je la sebab dah agak study for final then dan ade backup czech notes..hihihi...syukur giler sebb sakit dia agak direct, with symptoms2 yang

obvious..so okey laaa...

so lepas introduce diri & some personal details pasal patients tu...aku pon tanya dia...

general dialog aku ngn dia awal2 tu..aku ingt sket2 sebb aku memng xcakap banyak pon except benda2 yang memng kena record ni hihi..

Untuk final ni, kitorg kena check from head to toe tapi dengan jawapan makcik tu dah cukup memudahkan sket keja aku sket....so after check head, eyes, ears, neck, chest, lung, heart, extrimities, tiba abdomen kena focus sket...

once makcik tu bukak baju, nampak dah la banyak scars after operation kt badan dia.. aku tanya operation ape, dia kata dia penah operate utk remove tumor kt pancreas & spleen..pastu ade 2 operations kt gallbladder & reproductive organs..so aku pon palpate la perut dia..generally semua normal je cuma sket pelik kt liver & spleen area..

oritee...spleen & liver dia agak besar, pastu consistency sangat hard cuma liver tu je susah sket sebab mase palpate tu xsure sangat dia enlarged ke x, tapi dia keras la dari biasa..pastu agak2 je tulis je la ..splenomegaly & hepatomegaly!hahaha~

pastu continue palpate lymph node etc... tapi lymph node dia normal..sebb biasa kalo tumor ni ia ada tendency to metastasis ke tempt2 laen...so makcik ni antara typical example la, dia ada cancer colon & cancer tu spread via blood mainly to liver & spleen..sebab tu liver & spleen dia membesar & keras :)

itu je la isu2 utama pasal exam aku semalam..hihi

situation : gonna sit my final PE in less than a week!!!!!

but i'm still stuck in the middle of this PE books, trying to relate everything & make sense of everything i read....to be frank this PE doesnt going quiet well for me right now..

plus, the idea of passing MCQ before the practical part of the final exam just drives me insane!

MCQ over Essay or Oral exam...MCQ suppose to be better, but not this time maybe...i just hate the way the MCQ exam is done...!!!

okeyh la merungut banyak pon xguna...kn study!!!!!!!!!!

eh..eh.. nk cerita la sket lagi :)

Situasi: kelas PE khamis lepass..yang aku rasa bodoh, lawak plus malu!haha...

last week, tanpa sebarang amaran, setiba di pulmonary department....ade ke doktor kitorg dah arrange each of us dgan sorang patient untuk dicheck!!! *dush! dush!*

dah la xstudy ape2 sangat that time...gelabah macam kambeng la aku, at least kalo pairing leh la gak berdiskusi umum..ni seketul2..arghhhh!!! memang ketegangan lalu lintas btol la mase tu..haha

Dr. Koblizek hantar aku ke ward pesakit tu..pastu dia cakap ngn patient tu blablabla dalam bahasa czech yang aku dapat grab sket2 je.. pastu dia cakap ngn aku :

"orite Ain, this is ur task.. to check this patient..and i give u some clue, this patient suffer from disease related to circulatory system"

okey : respond aku dengan konon2 yakin...lol!

Aku pon buat senyum kambeng ke Doc tu sebelom dia tinggalkan aku ngn patient tu...

Mase tu otak aku ligat la pikir, ape 1st aku nk buat ni....adoi..adoi...circulatory system??? ni ward pulmonary...ape ek possible saket makcik ni...

so nk cover gelabah aku, without a word, aku pon buat2 la tulis sket kt kertas aku nama patient tu...hahhaa

then aku rasa awkward giler r sebb, sunyi sepi je xcakap ape2...

pastu aku try la recall ape2 ayat czech yg aku penah belajar dlu..so aku pon try la sket2, dalam hati harap2 makcik ni paham ape aku cakap..ahaha

antara dialog aku :

selamat la dia yang banyak bercerita..aku pon dengar je la..selamat jugak czech dia boleh dipahami sket2..

dia cakap kat aku dia ada Scleroderma sambil tunjuk tangan dia...aku pon oke la...dia saket scleroderma..

TAPIII... masalahnyer aku tak ingt la plak Scleroderma tu cmna since aku memng xbace & xready ape2 pon.., so examination ape? ape symptom? ape physical finding?? memang terasa bengong plus budus la tyme tu...

then, tanpa segan silu aku tanya dia ape masalah dia ada, then aku follow je ape yg dia rasa

....dia kate:

so, aku wat la chest examination, auscultatiaon, percussion, inspection...

pastu dia tunjuk tangan dia...so aku tgok & palpate la tangan dia

macam ada clubbing fingers sket, hardening of tissue..

pastu examination2 tu berjalan la macam tu eventho aku clueless btol Scleroderma tu saket ape..hahah~

akhir2 tu, makcik senyum then dia pegang tangan aku dia kata :

" ......studene" [read: sejuk!]

muahahaha..tangan aku memng sejuk selalu...tapi with the cuaca sekarang & nervous gaban tu bertambah la sejuk..hahaha lawak je..mesti makcik tu tahu aku cuak..hahaha~

then, abes check2 tu semua, kitorg gather & g balik ke tempat patient masing2 & present la finding semua kt group & doctor kitorg.. pastu doktor kitorg la yg explain semua saket2 tu termasok la scleroderma tu..muahahaha...

tamat la cerita ....................

kesimpulannya, kalo taknak malu & terasa bodoh kena la study elok2 koinnnn!haha~

oke2...have to go back to PE...

hari ni dah tido dari kol 3ptg sampai kol 7 malam tadi melayan hati yang rungsing, jiwa yang kacau ni...exam syndrome datang dah! :P

Memulakan perjalanan dari HradecKralove ke Prague..Prague, ibu negara Czech Republic sudah mula dilimpahi salji pada ketika itu, suhu mencecah -14 degree menusuk ke tulang sumsum..pantas bergerak ke Istanbul Kebab di Hlavni Nadrazi untuk mengisi perut yg

laparrr... kemudian ke rumah Anis di I.P Pavlova, bermalam disitu untuk menangkap kapal terbang keesokan paginya.. Anis masak laksa penang nyum2!! :)

Bergegas ke Ruzyne Airport Prague seawal 730pagi, menaiki pesawat kos rendah WizzAir

ke Beauvias Airport di pinggir kota Paris.. Mencari Hotel tempat menginap untuk check-in & letak barang...settle semua, rehat2 kejap..then kuar jalan2, pkul 4mcmtu, hari sudah mulai gelap sbb winter tapi kitorg terus merayap2 di Kota Paris..

Makan KFC Halal :)

Malas nk berjalan sgt malam tu, tapi sempat jugak jengah2 di Musee de Lourve, Eyes of Paris, Eiffel Tower and a few others dah gelap..

Teringat perjalanan diatas kaki yg agak lame untuk sampai ke Eiffel, sungguh nampak eiffel tu

sangat dekat untuk reach by feet, tapi gilosss jauh! illusi semata... tapi worth la sbb once kitorg sampai je diorg tgah pasang music & tukar2 lampu kt eiffel tu..memang best!

perancangan ke Disneyland, Malangnyer bangun lambat & arrive at the station about 11 oclock so train ke disneyland tu dah xde sebb dia up to 9.30pagi je kot, then petang bru ade.. so tukar plan, hari melawat bandar Paris versi siang plak... kami pergi ke semua destinasi pelancongan di kota paris ni sambil membeli soveniers..memng best..so layan la gmbar okey :)

ke disneyland paris :)

best sangat2, eventho some event mcm kanak jer, tapi sangat menarik lerr..with all the parades & performances.. & the place itself dah menarik sangat2..it cost me 55Euro [RM260.00] per day to enter the disneyland part [2part : disneyland part & walt disney studio] tu pon the entrance fee lepas pakai student card huhu, kalo tak lebih lagi.. sehari memng tak sempt sebenarnye..tapi mahal nk mati, so pegi sehari je la redah semua hihi..

sket2 je upload ni, file ni bertimpa2 malas nk carik :P

sket gmbr paris ni dah upload kt FB,nnti rajin upload lagi sket..hihi

[Note : Lepas beberapa tahun menjelajahi europe ni, banyak bangunan yg megah & cantik aku tgok...tapi so far, yang mampu buat aku sangat terkesima & terpana dengan kemegahannya ada 3 je...Colosseum di Rome, Duomo di Milan & Eiffel tower di Paris.. and if i've been given another opportunity to travel around europe, without any hesitation i'll choose the 3 places..hihi ]

After such a long 2009...

reminiscing all the memoirs of 2009 make my heart aching & frankly, me about to cry..

the joy, beautiful,happy, enjoyable, sad, frustrating moments we cherished in that year...

what a beautiful year.. and i guess every single moment i spent here very valuable for me & either directly or subconsciously i think i learned a lot from all that...

and i'm hoping the 'collections' from 2009 do help me in preparing myself to face everything ahead..short-termly for 2010 ; long termly for my career soon :)

I'm back from Paris...Paris was awesome!, but now im not into writing about my journey there..not in the mood yet... wait until i finished my trip to poland, perhaps!.. so i can update em together :)

Im soo bored! selamat la ada my lappy ni... actually, rather that mengadap laptop 24/7, i have another good option to do--> which is to study!!!!! *buat2 pengsan* ..once the chrismas break is over, the Final Exam period will starts and i've 2 Oral final exams & 1 Slide test for Pathology Credit.. but as for student like me holiday means holiday la kannn!!! reading 2-3inched med books during hols??? nahhhhh i dun think it's a great thing to do -->but read manga is orite :P...lol!.. maybe kena tunggu end2 of holiday kot kalo rajin pon..hihi...*ketuk kepala sendiri 3kali* memng xda kesedaran moral sungguh...bila tiba exam period je semua angan2 tercipta, bila tyme cuti2 ni semua punah cmtu je..*sigh!* very lazy to study these days! ape la nk jadikk...koin ooo koinnn...

ok stop there,...so with my housemates this evening going out to pekan hradec , about to withdraw some money since mara just give our monthly allowance for January plus some other allowances..ingt nk buy some stuffs untuk ke poland plak.. unfortunately, pekan Hradec MATI!!!!...it was soo dull & not so many people u can see around there, the bank was closed & same goes to other shops for the chrismas holidays..so we used the ATM machine instead since dah takde cashh langsung neh :( *sedih*

Alhamdulillah... dipagi yang redup ni, walau jauh dipisahkankan laut, terpinggir dibenua asing...dapat juga aku menghirup secawan teh & sepinggan nasi lemak...

Semalam dapat ku menikmati ke enakkan karipap yang dah lama ku idamkan --> credit to didie :o)

Alhamdulillah... sejak semalam, salji sudah mula melimpahi bumi czech, kegebuan & keputihannya meliputi setiap lapisan permukaan...Ya Allah aku bersyukur dengan nikmatmu ini..

Alhamdulillah...dikala kita sibuk memikirkan kemana hala tuju untuk kita menyambut New Year 2010...di paris?london?rome? dublin? morocco?..., tidak juga kita lupakan bawasanya hari ni adalah hari terakhir 1430H dan saat terbenamnya matahari hari ini menandakan kita selaku umat islam sudah berganjak ke tahun yg baru hijriah 1431H...

seperti sambutan2 tahun baru yang lepas? mungkin ini lah masa terbaik untuk kita memuhasabah diri, memikirkan apa target kita yang sudah dicapai & yang masih berusaha untuk mencapainya, juga apa yang masih tidak terusik lagi...memulakan tahun baru dengan secebit harapan ataupon matlamat, memng tidak salah...malah ia jugak bakal menjana motivasi diri untuk berusaha terus mencapai apa yang di matlamatkan.. --->dah macam pakar kaunseling pulak... :P

alhamdulillah ala kulli hal...yup i believe things happen for a reason....

alhamdulillah dah selesai procedure2 kehilangan purse ku...tinggal kena tunggu bank card je 1-2week baru bley amek..

ECG dah selesai...means that credit pathophys dah settle utk sem ni..alhamdulillah..

makan2 untuk kawan2 dah buat..walaupon secara kecil2an melibatkan rakan terdekat memandangkan belanjawan xbrape stabil skrg..

gambar ni winter tahun lepas...tahun ni snow tak turun2 lagi ni..hikhik

sejuk dah nak ke bone marrow ni...hari ni je 4degree celcius..

Memulakan hari yang malang dengan sangkutnya sebijik ECG...memula tgok seketul 4 atas penjuru kiri answer sheet ECG tu agak frustrated gak r, tapi after that aku redha & chill sudeyh la....at least i learned something today, i realised that by not believing in my own abilities i'll go no where...and it's my biggest problem right now!! i just have to be more confident when i'm prepared & know what am i capable of doing & my limitation...dont easily distracted by some other no so important things..

second, a pretty bad news too...

i lost my purse todayyy.. the green Billabong purse that i love sooo much....=(

sooo....with that i lost my bank credit & debit cards, Bank account number cards, money, some other important cards including card2 dari Malaysia etcc...

so today...saya jatuh bancrupt! cash xda, bank cards xda...huhu.. selamat ada sisa2 dwet yang diterima dari penghutang2..hihi....

but still syukur jugak la because my passport, ISIC [international student identity card], Bus Card terselamat di dlam beg skola...kalo x, lagi la malapetaka! :(

saturday & sunday bank off so i've to wait till monday to settle everything related to the lost!...huhuhu

we walked home from evening czech class .. discussed about some stuffs related to our life & study here.. hurmm..pretty serious discussion but i think it's necessary to look this issues thoroughly... dont have any intention to disclose the details here, but i can conclude that we're lucky enuf to have relatively similar views... Yes, undeniably we do facing little problems here & there, not perfect, but i think as long as we unite & stay together, nebojime se nic! i'm soo grateful for having them here..

cerita autopsy harini..mungkin entry ni agak terserlah kejakunanku, tapi pedulik ape aku, ni blog aku sukati aku lerr nk cerita ape, kalo xsuka xpayah bace k!..hahhaha~

Patient: female

Date of death: 24nov2009 [yesterday]

Diseases: brain stroke, artrial fibrillation, hyperthrophy LV, COPD, bronchitis, Hypertension, hypoperfuse/ischemia in sphlachnic area esp bowel due to thrombosis & the list goes on..

Found on body: arteriosclerotic plaque in vessels in various regions, narrowing of many vessels, hardening due to dystrophic calcification in cusps of valves & various vessels, necrosis in small part of liver, hyperthrophy of LV, lipomatous of pancreas, benign cyst in left kidney, red-pinkish appearance of intestinal wall, bronchiol mucosa and esophagus due to inflamations, antrachosis of lungs & its lymph nodes etc..etc.....

skills: potong, cincang,tebuk, lapah, kopak, hiris dsb..

smell : xmo cerita, esp after they open the abdomen..pakai mask pon xguna..

emotion: kesian lagi sadis..

process:

1. opening of skull --> identify the arteriosclerotic vessels, occluded vessels, abnormalities in slices of horizontal cuttings of brain stem, cerebral, cerebellum --> revise anatomy choroid plexus, ventricles etc..

2. Removing of skin & surface muscles on thorax & cutting the ribs & remove the sternum.. Opening of thorax --> removal of tongue,pharynx,larynx-->lungs, heart & all other structures in mediastinum... fibrotic adhesion of pleuras due to inflamation-pleuritis.. high amount of fluid in pericardial sacs...

3. Cut & Analyse the organs in thorax one by one, lungs, hearts etcc.. the abnormal & normal structures..go tru coronary vessels, bronchus-bronchiol, etc....

3. Cut tru the abdominal cavity --> open the abdominal cavity, take out all organs & bowels etc --> identify one one & the same as above, identify the abnormalities.. [the intestines looks almost the same with the sate perut lembu..hahaha~]

4. go tru all vessels and identify calcifications, occlusion, narrowing etc...

etc...etc....

Conclusion:

* tribute to the Babicka!! R.I.P

ok before i start anything, let me divide this post into two parts so it wud be easier for me to write& post and also for u guys yang membaca...ok 2parts, first about what had happen in past few days..second, the tag from cikgu norli..hikhik :)

So the first part :) ....it suppose to be long since i've lot of things accumulated in my mind that i wanna write in here, but i dunno how long i'll be able to write since i'm soooo tired, just came back from Olomouc and now it's already 12.26am....

What am i doing in olomouc?? Orite, that's the thing... we, Malaysian students in Czech Republic were mostly in olomouc last weekend to participate in iGames09 ....iGames? indonesiaGames? WTH is iGames?...okey, actually iGames = Intervarsity Games, which is an annual sports tournament among the Msia students in three Universities here in Czech Republic [Prague, HradecKralove, Olomouc]..this year was the third which was done in Olomouc...

we had lot of sports like futsal, basketball, volley, bowling, badminton, squash, table tenis etc.. in the midst of hectic life as medic students, this event organized by CZEMSA [read: Czech malaysian students association] brings benefits to all students here to try new things and also as a refreshment after all the burdens in study :0) .....it's a very good event actually despite of all the fights and misunderstandings which i think common in all tournaments hahaha...so people, dont think that medic students cant play sport okey..and this year olomouc is the Champ and from my P.O.V they deserve the throphy! hehe... maaf belot sket! :)

oke,i dont want to talk long about the iGames but frankly, i had a great time in Igames Olomouc09..thanks Olomoucians for the great hospitality esp my dearie yana!!thanks for the everything babe!, all the committees for such a wonderful job and all students who came & memeriahkan the Igames..thanks!

okies masih 1st part but lets rewind a little bit, a few days before the iGames...hoho..

wat a deym busy week i had that week.. my classes were ON like usual, the last 3day...wed, thurday, friday were the most critical moment!..

but i'm glad i was able to go through everything smoothly..Alhamdulilah!...

WENESDAY: My final Immunology

THURSDAY: PE test & Practical

Beside the normal examinations like examination of lungs & heart..palpation of abdoment etc2, i did Per Rectal Examination on a patient that day!!!!!

Per Rectal Examination : Entering a finger for about 4inches into patient's anus to examine the anal canal & the organs nearby...

erkk...kinda excited but gugup because not all students get the opportunity to do it on real patient, plus this is my first time huhu... but i think credit shud be given to my doctor since he's really great in finding great patients for our learning session... also thanks to the uncle for the cooperation :)

Emergency building hospital Uni.. cendawan atas bumbung tu la tempat mendarat helicopter untuk urusan kecemasan [ambulance udara! :P]

hurmmm...okeyh, this one mcm jakun sket la, but still i nk cerita jugak la my excited-ness when i was in emergency unit last couple weeks... admitting patient by helicopter on the roof of the emergency unit building & observing the 1st step on how the emergency unit deal with the patients from car crash etc..it's supercool!!!! :) :) :) :P

Actually there are many other things i experienced during PE in hospital that makes my heart bouncing and screaming outloud 'this is wat i want to be in few year ahead!!!'teruja!! :))

FRIDAY: PATHO TEST

pathophys test on hemostasis,trombosis,DIC....alhamdulillah...settle jugak akhirnya...lega...

Next test patho on this coming friday on ECG...yuhuuuu :)

mari bersedia menjulingkan mata & pakai kanta pembesar untuk mengkaji graph2 ECG!!!hehehe...

It's been long since i last update something in here...too busy? maybe.. busying with wat? okey i dont have any answer to that question.. but i can feel everything is in shambolic state right now..not to mention my preparation for the coming final :(

okey enuf with that, today i'm not gonna talk about my 'hezky' life here but i wanna to stori-mori about my new byt [read: apartment]... yesss up til today, it's already a week my housemates and i menetap in our new apartment..ulice buzulucka, in front of magestra mestra bus stop!

...comparing to our previous house, of course this one is much-much better, with the hot-hot heater system during this chilling autumn, the newly furnished & renovated house of ours makes us soooo happy =) and totally satisfied... yeah, eventho duet2 banyak hangus dan rentung terbakar with all the pindah2 thingie but for long-term benefits i think it's considerably a good investment..*obsessed!*

BUT...with all the new things up in my life, i'll never forget the life back in Cejpova..

..with all the free self-plucking fruits to eat, strawberries & apples during spring & autumn from the backyard...

..and already missing the granny who live below and also a babicka in front of our house [we call her makcik CCTV since she likes to intip2 kitorg kluar masuk rumah =) ] who we used to speak czech with them once a week, eventho our czech language is totally sick..

the dogs in each house that bark as we walked passing their houses, along the way from the bus stop to our house...

yes eventho the house back in cejpova is not really a modern one but it's still comfortable to live in...fyi, we never think of moving out from that house if it's not because of the bus problem --> pretty far from hospital where we're studying right now...

so, 2 years living there...thanks for the memory CEJPOVA :)____________________________________________________________

Pagi..baru bangon kembali selepas tidur after subuh tadi.. jam kt laptop 8.37 tapi kt dinding 9.37....pelik!.. menuju ke YM...ohhh Daylight saving la ni??? good..i've extra one hour today! :)

dah almost sebulan aku balik malaysia cuti summer ms2 dan dah almost sebulan jugak la sem5 aku bermula...dalam masa yg sama jugak umur aku meningkat ke 22, yg aku rasa sgt tua..

kehidupan?? aku xdapat merasakan apa2 perbezaan selain makin malas, buntu lagi kusut...

reasons? ntah la..

kerja? study? banyak pending dah ni...

CNS?? inbox terlalu banyak...outbox hampes~! sebb xda satu yg masuk pon diprocess huhu...

sepatah kata Dr. Koblizek "my CNS is not working properly rite now.." huhu...

and seems like my RAS system cant prioritize things anymore..

body & mind didnt connected efficiently...communication repetitively interupted!

body --> chronic fatique syndrome kah?

kinda losing my grip on everything..

BUT, i've to get back on the track ASAP no matter wat...

if not i've to prepare & get ready to suffer a lot during the end of the academic year later :( if that wat u want koin!!

Salam a Ahoj, Baru je tadi housemate aku cakap pasal Srdce k Srdci 2009 yang bakal berlangsung xlama lagi..Bagi pelajar2 medic czech republic bolehlah mula menyemak email yahoogroup CzeMsa anda, dan kalo anda bukan pelajar2 czech dan sekarang sedang terapung diawan biru, meneropong mengunakan binocular & mula membuka map [read:lost!], apa sebenarnya Srdce k Srdci ni.. meh aku habaq mai sket, Srdce K srdci ni adalah perhimpunan pelajar2 medic disini untuk berkongsi ilmu & pengalaman bersama2 juniors..bukan nak tunjuk lagak konon dah jadi seniors dsb, ia hanya lah satu wadah untuk meringankan beban kita sesama pelajar disini dan ianya dilaksanakan pada setiap tahun akademi...Sebenarnya xda niat sangat harini nak menulis mengenai issue Srdce k Srdci ni, cuma terpana dengan hadith yang dilampirkan bersama email yang difoward tadi...yang berbunyi :

"barangsiapa yang melepaskan seorang mukmin dari suatu kesusahan dari kesusahan-kesusahan dunia, nescaya Allah akan melepaskannya dari satu kesusahan dari kesusahan-kesusahan di hari Qiamat..

Sedapkan hadith ni, betapa besar ganjaran Allah kalo kita dapat membantu satu sama lain dalam membuat kebaikan... so aku nk amek peluang ni nak ulas sket hadith ni berdasarkan otak aku yang simple & tak berapa nak dalam sgt ilmu hadith ni, amaran! --> yang baik tu korg panjangkan ke kawan2 yang laen & yang 'ke laut' tu korang pandai2 la pikir sendiri :P ... wokeyh, aku sangat suka ngn hadith ni sebab bagi aku kalo kita tengok hadith ni ngn mata hati [cewaaah~]kita akan rasa betapa besar maksudnya & ia sangat berguna untuk diaplikasi dalam banyak hal contohnya pelajaran, kehidupan sehari2an esp dibumi asing ni dsb.. Contohnya, semudah dengan memberi & meminjamkan nota & buku2 kita kepada kawan2 & adik2, ilmu diperturun & dipanjangkan begitu juga dengan pahala yang kita dapat insyaAllah, dapat membantu & mengurangkan kesusahan orang laen pulak tu -->boleh kita rujuk hadith atas ni manfaatnya... Ni contoh yang ringkas menunjukkan betapa mudahnya kalo kita nk aplikasikan hadith ni dalam kehidupan kita... Aku tak tahu la korang paham ke x or dapat ke x ape yang aku nk sampaikan ni...tapi apepon bantu-membantu amalan mulia k!

Heart = Jantung.... hati = Liver?

Cuma aku kadang2 rungsing jugak, kita ni manusia selalu berfikiran kalut sgt, selalu fikir benda yang susah2 and jauh nk dicapai....dengar je kita digalakkan bantu membantu orang susah je, tup! terus fikir nk g palestin, nk join perang dsb.. memng xdinafikan berfikiran panjang,melihat dunia islam secara global, menunaikan tanggungjawab kita sebagai muslim dalam era globalisasi ni adalah satu tuntutan yang memang wajar kita buat semampu boleh.. tapi kadang2 kita bila kita berfikiran terlalu jauh kita lupa & dengan xsemena2 kita ter-neglect-kan perkara2 mudah & lebih ringkas yang kita boleh buat dalam beberapa minit je...contohnya, macam bantu kawan2 kita didepan mata ni or orang sekampung etc...ni pendapat aku je la sebab rasanya ganjaran pahala tu Allah je tentukan dan keikhlasan hati juga Allah je yang tahu, Jadi sebesar/sekecil mana amalan yang kita lakukan yang menilainya hanya satu iaitu Allah...wallahualam...

Okeyh la...ckup la untuk hari ni...sebenarnya xda rasa nak buat post yang begitu islamic & skema sgt..tapi tiba2 rasa nk tulis pasal benda ni.. insyaAllah untuk renungan diri sendiri & semua yang membaca :)

Yang baik tu dari Allah, Yang kurang tu juga dariNya bersandarkan kepada kekurangan diri saya ni..Wallahualam..

Since aku dah habes hari2 penyeksaan & keletihan dalam minggu ni...dan memandangkan jugak dah lama aku xbebel2 dalam blog ni...so, aku pon mengambil keputusan untuk meringankan jari-jemari untuk menaip sesuatu disini...ni nk cerita sket ni la pengalaman aku sepanjang menjadi budak medic tahun ke 3 ni [poyo giler! :P] dan sepanjang keberadaan aku di Faculty Hospital Hradec Kralove, Cz tahun ni...

Harini bersama 3 groupmates aku yg laen berada di Plicni Oddeleni [Dept. of Pulmonary Medicine] bersama Dr. Koblizek, head of the department & the doctor who incharge our grup for PE [Physical examination in Internal Medicine]..Dr. Koblizek tak pernah diketemui sebelum ni kerana ada conference kt Athens, harini pertama kali jumpa dia, what a nice person he is..down-to-earth, willing to help, treating his patients full-heartedly etcc...

Contohnya, tadi sebelum masok wad ICU semua kena pakai Surgery gown kaler biru tu sebb nk elak Nasocomial infections, kan ke tali2 baju tu kat belakang dan agak susah nk diikat sendiri, kebaik-hatian Doc tersebut siap tolong ikatkan tali surgery gown aku lagi...baekkan dia :P hehe~

Then, dari practical training aku di salah satu hosp. kerajaan di Johor masa summer break mase tu, i can compare cara layanan doktor pada pesakit...i dont wanna make any overgeneralisation, but just want to mention this, i impress with the way this Doc treats his patients...dia usap2 rambut pakcik2 tu, dia urut2 bahu, explain everything clearly, bergurau2 comel walaupon aku xpaham sgt ape diorg ckp etc.. bila aku fikir balik, no wonder all his patients volunteerly wanna be our 'specimen' untuk belajar :D

So, briefly harini aku & 3 yg laen focus on chest examination, kitorg buat all the classical ways to check the chest & pulmonary system ; Inspection, Palpitation, Percussion & Ascultation... lebihkurang 10 patients with various pulmonary disorders like COPD, Empysema, Chronic Asthma, Lung cancer, atelectasis, Pneumonis, Pneumothorax etc kitorg check...Discussing the problems & etiology... so, ape yang aku boleh cakap, seronok jugak check dada orang ni, bermain dgn stethoscope, dlu penat aku fikir bunyik ape yg doktor2 ni dengar pakai stethoscope ni.. rupa2nya macam2 bunyik ada kt dada2 manusia ni..hikhik..

Okeh, tamat pasal tu... Subject2 laen untuk tahun ni to be honest sgt menarik, cuma agak terlalu banyak dan kalo nk study tu mungkin akan termuntah2 baru boleh habes...Contohnya PathoAnatomy..soalan final 200++ tu sudah tentu akan meningkatkan kadar cothecolamine, adrenalin kalo difikirkan, ditambah lagi beratus slide2 pathology semua tu nampak menarik *yummy :P* Next month mungkin aku akan amek satu final..medical Immunology dan December plak ada 2 final menanti, PE & Microbe...

Mengenai kehidupan? sekarang aku hidup aman permai, cuma agak letih dengan class yang agak sesak..sape suro gatal amek elective subject sampai 8credits..hahaha padan muka!!! tapi xpa, untuk kemudahan masa akan datang xsalah..hihi...

Selain tu? dah xda ape2 sangat kot... Cuma cuaca disini semakin sejuk, angin kencang & sangat sejuk mencucuk2 je tulang2ku, kesakitan frostbite sket2 mula terasa kt pheripheral regions esp kaki & tangan...Baju bulu2 & berlapis & featured by lots of fantastics features untuk menangkis kesejukan mulai keluar dari almari...berada dibawah duvet for most of my time kt rumah sebb sejuk...tu je la kot.. ahha just wanna say this, tak sabar nak tunggu snow turun eventho this gonna be my third winter here...hehe :) kejakunan masih tidak dapat dibendung, but i cudnt care less..

..Okeh la, letih dah ni, memula tadi ingt nk assort nota, pastu gatal blogging plak, pastu skrg dah ngantok adeyh!!, Okeh la adios dlu...sambung kemudian k! Salam~

Dah lama aku tak update blog ni,bukan aku xnk update tapi ada masalah teknikal sket ngn internet aku yang super lembap tahap kura2 patah kaki ni..

so dari aku terkedek2 tunggu internet ni loading satu2 page baik aku g tengok tv lagi baek..hoho..nak load page pon berjam2 ape lagi nak upload video & gmbr, boleh dapat pendarahan otak la tunggu.. so aku taip je la yerkk ape yang berlaku lately..

1. Aku dah abes hospital attachment untuk Basis Patient Care..Alhamdulillah, memula aku nk buat kt JB, either HSA[Hosp Sultanah Aminah] or HSI [Hosp Sultan Ismail] tapi application leceh semacam...so aku terus jumpa pengarah HKT [Hospital Kota Tinggi], then dia suro datang nex weeknya,so tu yg aku terus je buat je kt HKT....So Alhmdulillah dah selesai.. thanks to Dr Farah & Dr Hidayah..also to all HKT staff nurses for the cooperation!

2. Weekend aku skrg sangat full dgn makan2, kenduri2,kawen2 member..Harini je sorang kawan aku masa zaman kanak2 rebina dlu dah tamatkan zaman bujangnya dengan orang sekampung sini jugak.. Seronok jugak, bila gather ramai2, teringat plak zaman2 kecik..zaman panjat2 pokok, maen hide&seek, g memancing dsb..lawak je...banyak jugak benda baru orang2 johor ni dah mula adaptasi untuk majlis2 kawen skrg ni, antaranya berzapin, qasidah dsb..mcm2 la tapi menarik jugak.. banyak video & gmbr aku amek tapi nnti2 la aku upload..

3. Since H1N1 merebak dengan hebatnya ni, so aku pon xda la berhasrat nk berjalan sangat.. so far aku stakat jalan2 dalam johor je la..nk kuar banyak2 pon panas semacam je malaysia sekarang ni so jadi malas plak nk kluar sangat.. tapi insyaAllah cuti sekolah seminggu ni aku akan berada di Perak,holiday ngn family..hehe~

4. Bulan puasa dah dekat, so dikesempatan ni aku nk sarankan korg baek makan ape yg korg nk dulu,nnti meleleh plak air liur tunggu buka poasa...eh salah nasihat plak, patot aku nasihat korg supaya control nafsu sket, esp nafsu makan tu..keh3!!.. Apepon series aku xsaba nak g bazaar ramadhan..rasa dah lama xrasa kemeriahan bulan ramadhan kt mesia ni..cewaaah! Apepon selamat menyambut kedatangan Ramadhan!

5. Apepon aku rasa teruja nk raya kt mesia tahun ni..hihi..Sekarang je belum puasa lagi,semua dah stat beli baju raya, butik2 pon dah banyak yg stop amek tempahan..huhu..so baek beli je baju raya!senang hahaha...cmtu jugak kueh raya, semua dah start hantar2 sample kueh, promote macam2 kueh untuk ditempah sebelum raya ni..Untuk pengetahuan semua, aku pon tergolong gak antara orang yang berbisness skrg ni.. Aku business kueh raya, tapi yg kompem bukan aku r yang buat kueh2 tu, aku join member aku punya business, seronok semacam je tu yg aku join..hahaha saja je sukasuki, sape nak berminat nk tempah bley contact aku, tapi dalam johor je okeh! huhu~

oke la mata aku dah nk tertutup ni.. nnti2 aku rajin aku bukak lagi blog ni... Selamat bercuti pada semua yg tengah bercuti.. sila jaga kesihatan masing2 okes!

Alhamdulillah..Alhamdulillah..Alhamdulillah...

segala puji bagi Allah yang memiliki dan menguasai setiap perkara..

Last Thursday 9/7, i did my last exam, biochem and Alhamdulillah i passed it..thanks for Prof. Stoklasova for the signature~!

Overall i'm so grateful and satisfied with all my exam results for this year!..Alhamdulillah..
so now i'm officially finished my 2nd year, except for the practical training for a week which i'll do in Malaysia during this summer break..
Generally i've another 4years to go before becoming a GP :o) ...still a looong journey ahead..

i tink not to give up and work hard are the best medications along the way...i'll do watever it takes even how tough it'll be and how hard it is..

Hope Allah will bless our journey and eases our way! Ameen..

Antara kita sedar atau tak, nikmat yang kita terima itu adalah dugaan yang paling besar buat kita...

Samaada kita gunakan nikmat itu kejalan yang baik atau kita terus hanyut dengan kelekaan kita...

Dah lama aku tak update blog ni memandangkan hidup aku sekarang yang sangat huru hara..Orang laen mungkin xpaham, tapi budak2 medic Czech mungkin arif sudah dengan situasi sekarang ni...situasi final exam Charles University yang sungguh unik..hahaha...

Aku malas nk update blog ni banyak2 tyme exam ni, sebab masa pon xbanyak plus kalau update pon mesti pasal stess blabla...so MALAS!...

ape yang aku nk tulis sekarang ni??.. pertama, aku baru baca latest post kt blog didie, thanks for sharing, i think that's wat i really need rite now..nyatanya, tyme2 mcm ni, hati ini memng xtenang, jika boleh ditenangkan dengan mudah semua pon akan jadi mudah...catecholamine, cortisol n all the stress hormones on the list kalau la boleh dikawal pengeluarannya kan bagus..the advices, thanks again, somehow i feel a bit calm now :o) ... lets do our best and the rest leave it to Allah.. mudah-mudahan dipermudahkan buat semua...

the second, i just heard about my classmate from Greece revert to ISLAM last week...MAIRI.. agak terkejut but kinda touching jugak la dengar cmna dia leh interested semua ni..the way she search & discover ISLAM etc2.. Alhamdullilah tambah sorg lagi islam dalam komuniti kami yang 'cotet' [read: kecik!] je ni..

the third one, yesterday we had babybash for kak aini yang bakal melahirkan anaknya end of this month...eventho sibuk dengan final, thanks buat smua yang sudi memeriahkannya.. :o) tengok hadiah kak aini rasa mcm nak mengadung sekarang pulak..hahaha oke sapa nk jadi suami aku??hikhik...jk!

Last, i've physio exam next week... tapi dengan tahap sekarang rasa diri ni macam xmampu :o( Apepun i'll try to do my best then tawakal..

It's not a correct time to blog but i'm just sooo stress with my coming exam!!!..i dunno wat's going on but i just didnt get the so-called 'rythm' to start studying all the 150 physiology questions yet!...yes, i've started a few questions but i feel so lembap mcm kura2 since i've to spend hours for every single question.. googling here and there, baca punya baca, last2 i'll endup like not knowing anything! kesimpulannya SAKIT OTAK!...

Time is running out sepatah kata Muse, i've to hurry since i only have like 12days before my final... for some people 12days might be more than enuf, but for me a big NO is the answer..i need more time please!!!! :o( tensi!tensi! ....feel regret for not using your free time wisely?? i tink it's a common feeling.. perhaps, dont bother to regret about the 'regret' is a great idea, because it doesnt help much on ur way right now... hoho~

okeyh, before leaving, i just wanna let u guys know that i'll only available on9 at night oke, anything do contact me after 8pm waktu czech...currently i berkhemah pada waktu siang di Uni sempena perhimpunan musim exam ni..hehe~

Last! Alhamdulillah i've passed and officially finished my czech language last wenesday! and also congratess to all my friends for the excellent perfomance in czech! :o) selain hebat berbahasa melayu kita juga hebat berbahasa czech :o) okey nk sambung bertabah! semoga terbaik buat semua...! salam~

Dnes je nudny!nedelam nic.. budu mluvit cesky ted' protoze mam cestinu finalni zkouska pristi tyden.. muj cesky je nedobry, musim casto zkoušet mluvit cesky! Je mi to lito pro kamaradki ktery neumi cesky..moc se omluvam... :o)

Tak, dneska ráno, jsem zacinala muj den s uklízením muj zachod a ložnice, protoze naše vlasnik bude prijit a da nam podpis na vizum... potom, jenom jsem lezela na postel a hrala na laptop...vecer, jsem podivala si s muj bratr cely vecer, chci divat se na muj neteř, Myra, bohuzel myra spala.. zitra, zase budu si podivat s muj bratr!!... muj bratr řekl mi, že pristi sobota, muj rodina v malajsie dela kenduri Aqiqah for myra... smutně, nejsem tam! chci se vrátit do malajsie :o(

Měl bych studovat protoze mam finalni zkousky pristi tyden ale nemám náladu cist knihy..!! *sigh* ...Tak, myslim ze, to je vsechno, preju vsechni hodne stesti!, budu pokračovat příště..

We had Physiology Practical Examination this evening, and thanks god, i passed the exam and got credit for physiology.. just wanna congratulate all 2nd year students for performing quite well in the exam...

For those who're not studying Medicine in Hradec Kralove, Czech Republic and wondering what am i talking about.. Oke ekceli practical examination is the last part of the Credit system for physiology which is compulsory to all 2nd year med students here to get credit, ['credit' is like an entrance ticket to final exam, without it, dont dream to seat for final exam, plus u might fail the subject, repeat the whole year again etc... see the important?hehe]..

oke, it is an oral exam based on the practical labs that we've done troughout the year...first, as usual we've to 'draw' some cards with number of the question on it, choose one out of 26 questions... among the question --> blood sedimentation, Hematocrit, cloting and bleeding time, Perimetry, Investigation of Vestibular system, examination of lung & heart, ECG, Blood Pressure and pulse, proprioceptive and Enteroceptive reflex etc... yes, as aforementioned, it was done orally! so we've to explain the methods of the experiment, the result and sort of discussion why like this, why like that blabla, plus some theory.. it's pretty tough as the experiments cover almost all systems in our body, so not only u've to master the procedure but also the lecture notes setebal beberapa inches tu..[walaupon xbrape sempt nk bace :o)]hehe~

However, thanks God for easing our way! Alhamdulillah :o) I got question 'Tests on vestibular system and the investigation of eardrum" , this might be a simple question for some, but not me! to be frank i dont really like this question! all the movement of the endolymph, nystagmus, saccule, utricle, semicircular canal, pathways etc are just make me sick! plus, doing it with Holecek [read: nama prof!] makes my catecholamine & adrenaline level even higher! but luckily rumours about "holecek baek ngn budak perempuan" pretty working here LoL!... yup i've to admit that he's very kind...as before i enter the exam room, i heard some students kena tengking by him and some even failed.. pretty 'cuak' la, but once he laughed at me because i didnt mentioned about stopping the barany chair before the finger test [read:Barany test~!], so agak stabil jugak la diri ni & dalam hati 'oke gak dia ni'...and of course there are some questions from him that i cud'nt answer very well because i didnt read much on CNS..huahua~ but the kind-hearted Holecek give me 2 for the exam! thanksss~ so as a reminder for those who already start preparing for final, make sure you guys know about the neuronal relation between vestibular apparatus and mucles tone, the pathways etc related to it..since he was pretty interested about it!, maybe because he's the one who taught CNS..hehe~

So i've got all the credits for all the subjects for this year! so just need to focus on my final.. i've 3 final for this year ; Czech, physio and biochem.. i hope i can finish all of the ASAP and go back to malaysia early :o) ..Ameen!

Reminder: Booking czech final can be done on 29may from 8am at SIS! Cepat, sape cepat dia dapat tarikh best :P

Yesterday, we had Physiology test at 7.30am in the morning..as usual for those who're practicing last minute study like me will suffer a lot from the time of the test hahaha...to wakeup as early as 6.30 is so not me! and to not sleep at all is a complete disaster since i've class just right after the test till 1.30noon..

We've physio lab just right after the test, and i can see all my classmates are like zombie, everyone is soo sleepy, i tink Lotkova [read:my lecture] did notice us but just pretending that everyone is concentrating on her lecture..and she just continue with her 'short' lecture before the practical.. during 5min break, we know our result from the morning test....then continue with the practical part, everyone is doing all the tasks fastly as we eagerly want to finish the practical ASAP...! keji btol perangai semua..hahaha~

10.30am, after physiology lab...i'm skipping my biochem seminar and straight away went back home since my eyelids cudnt be opened anymore, and i need some sleep :P

After sleep for about 4hours... i woke up and watch this indonesian movie called "Laskar Pelangi" recommended by my friend, Izwar... This movie is based on the novel with the same title, which is among the top bestselling novel in Indonesia...

This is a very inspiring movie, neither like ayat-ayat cinta nor perempuan bekalung sorban, this is not a love story-mory...

Laskar pelangi is about 'perjuangan' ; the fight of SD Muhamadiyah [Read: Name of a School].. the fight of the teachers to educate children, to create awareness about the importance of education, the fight of the students to study and gain knowledge, to success in life...etcc...

I tink they try to show some kritikan sosial of indonesian people toward their government..to open govt 'eyes' about the need of education in some rural areas, and not to neglect them.... and stuffs like that..

One thing i shud say here is that we shud be grateful with wat we've right now, we've such a perfect life, everthing is sponsored..money, books, stationaries, facilities etcc... just need to focus on study, tapi tu pon sumtime kita dah merungut [talking about myself!]..

How bout people like them [in the movie] ? who really2 want to study, plus smart but dont have the chance to..??

I just have dont have enuf time to review everything about this movie.. just wanna quote some words mentioned in the movie :o)

" Kalau nak pintar.. belajar,
Kalau nak berhasil...berusaha.."

"..jangan penah menyerah..Hiduplah untuk memberi sebanyak2nya, bukan untuk menerima sebanyak2nya.."

Among all indonesian movie that i watched, i tink i like this one the most! :o)
so people! if u've free time and wondering wat movie to watch, i totally recommended all of you to watch this movie..hehe~

oke, gtg.. need to prepare an armor for my practical physio test this coming monday! :o)

PS: we, the Cejpova, are so happy since we were successfully kidnap 12 ekor ayam from Hypernova yesterday... ni sebagai satu langkah berjaga2 takot ayam habes and also as preparation for the exam season! nnti sibuk xda sapa nk beli groceries!hahaha~

Asalaamu alaykum. Just want to share this.
Its exam season, and so I imagine many students are stressed and worried about their future and studies. In any situation, the remembrance of Allah can be a great benefit. Here are some reminders which may offer comfort and steadfastness.

Our beloved Prophet (pbuh) said: -
"Allah has commanded that everything one does, should be done with excellence (ihsan). When you sacrifice, sacrifice well. Sharpen your knife and make it easy for the animal to be slaughtered. " (Sahih Muslim)

So know that studying, revising and aiming for good results is in itself an act of worship with the right intention. And struggling to do well in them is in itself fufilling a command of Allah.

"If any adversity comes to you, do not say: 'If I had only acted in such-and-such a way, it would have been such-and-such; ' but instead, say: 'Allah has decreed it, and what He willed, He has done,' for verily, if opens the way for the work of Satan." (Sahih Muslim)

So if you didn't do well in an exam don't have regrets and think of what went wrong. If you're faced with difficulty or problems, don't wish them away but accept the will of Allah and keep on going. Look towards the future and trust in Allah.
Allah says in the Quran: -

O you who believe! Seek assistance through patience and prayer; surely Allah is with the patient. (Surah Baqarah, Verse 153)

The most important message we can take in times of hardship (and even in times of ease). Remember the prayer is not a burden upon us but rather a blessing a source of strength and a connection with Allah, the most compassionate and caring one.

"And when My slaves ask you (O Muhammad) concerning Me, then (answer them), I am indeed near (to them by My Knowledge). I respond to the invocations of the supplicant when he calls on Me (without any mediator or intercessor) . So let them obey Me and believe in Me, so that they may be led aright. " (Surah Baqarah, Verse 186)

To be frank, hati ni memng xtenang since buat test tu, which is thursday last week...

memang rasa akan kena repeat lagi je..sebb listening part dalam test tu mcm xle nk jawap sgt je sebb blurr giler masa dengar dialog tu..hoho~

memng rase tensen giler la..ditambah pulak dengan kekangan masa final dan sebagainya menambah kekusutan kepala ni..

Mimpi mainan tidur..

Tapi kenapa emosiku terlalu terjejas dengan mimpiku malam tadi??

Sehinggakan aku tidak boleh melelapkan mata, tidak tenang sehingga ke detik ini?...

malam tadi aku mimpi 4batang gigi geraham atas kiri ku patah,

bak kata orang2 tua, jika mengalami mimpi patah gigi, ia membawa alamat yang tidak baik, berkemungkinan akan kehilangan keluarga terdekat....

Nauzubillah!!mintak dijauhkan..ya Allah...

sebenarnya aku kurang yakin dengan kepercayaan2 yang tidak berlandaskan bukti yang kukuh macam tafsiran mimpi semua ni..

tapi ntah la, kali ni rasa x sedap hati plak...macam terbawa2 plak perasaan ni dek tafsiran mimpi tersebut...xtenang..

Seketika sejurus aku terjaga dari mimpi tersebut, aku memng xbole nak sambung tido, walhal aku baru tido dalam 1jam...start tido pkul 4.45pgi dan terjaga dalam pkul 6.. aku pon telefon emakku dan bercerita tentang mimpi aku ni...*mengadu!!*

Aku berharap biarlah ia hanya sekadar mimpi, mimpi mainan tidur...mudah2an tiada apa2 yang akan berlaku...

Why are we wearing hijab? because all of ur friends wearing it? because ur parent/bf told u to do so? why??
My theory, i think that the reason why lots of muslim girls/women nowaday are so easy to take off their hijjab, happily posting their free-hair photos on facebook,friendster etcc..because they actually dunno why they're suppose to wear hijab.. and or mybe they just dont have any ideas why wearing hijjab is obligatory to muslim women... POZOR, ni hanya theory aku!..Sebab ada article psychology yang aku penah terbaca berkata [lebih kurang mcmni la ayat dia..xingt sgt!] ' Kalo kita lakukan sesuatu tanpa mengetahui reasons/tujuan kita buat benda tu, kita sangat terdedah kepada masalah tidak tetap hala tuju, mudah terpengaruh dengan stimulus dari luar, dan seterusnya apa yang kita lakukan xakan kekal lama.. '

Tutasnya disini, i'm not wearing tudung labuh, sumtime i'm not covering my aurat to the max , i always trying hard to skip my usrah back in school, and up till now sumtime *peace!*, i'm not perfect either, and I'm just an ordinary muslim woman.. sepatah kata-kata dalam lagu the reason by hoobastank tu:

Sekarang ni kurang berperasaan nk blogging..tapi rasa dah terlalu banyak aku miss nak cerita pasal event2 yang aku ikuti dan aktiviti aku sepanjang musim2 bunga ni..kerana kemalasan tahap karma yang ku alami sekarang ni so aku just nk list sket2 n upload a few photos yang berkenaan dengan event2 listed...enjoy it~

1. Makan2 di Cejpova

Perkara ni dah berlaku agak lama,bulan 3 or 4, makan-makan ni dilangsungkan memandangkan ramai juniors yang bertanya2 dimanakah rumah kami sebenarnya.. Jadi kami mengambil keputusan untuk membuat majlis makan2 serba ringkas untuk adik2 junior batch03...kurang ingat sangat apa2 yang berlaku sebb dah agk lama, tapi kami yang berhasrat utk membuat nasi ayam bertukar arah kepada makan nasi kerabu buatan mama kami, memandangkan ketandusan ayam halal disini... :o) sedihkan..hahaha~

apepun thanks to all juniors yang datang..atas ni gmbr bersama2 juniors perempuan..lelaki xmuat dah nk masok gmbr..hehe~

2. Makan2 di Palachova

Seterusnya, kami dan RNR pulak dijemput ke Palachova untuk seisi makan2 yang lazat.. makan mee kari, puding caremel, kek batik, fries, etc...memang best r,thanks korg!... before balik kitorg maen2 kat bawah tu, ada yang maen badminton, ada yang men roller-blade etc..ehehe~

3. Picnic Girls Batch 02

Picnic ni berlaku di jurasicky sady...kawasan pertembungn dua sungai yang memang jadi hotspot dikala spring ni.. Almost semua warga2 batch 02 hadir...kitorg makan2, pastu men badminton, then golek2, then amek2 gambr lompat2..hehe~

4. Graduate night

Graduate night ni berlangsung setiap tahun untuk celebrate graduates yang bakal jadi doktor.. so semua budaks medic LFHK dijemput hadir la,tapi kena beli ticket la bukan free..haha~

majlis ni biasanya diorganized by students 4th year every years untuk graduates..hoho~

Pada asalnya aku memang malas nk pegi since from experience, graduate night ni bosan yang teramat!!hoho~ tapi atas sebab2 tertentu aku dan a few rakan2 laen pegi la jugak, bukan juga untuk berhibur tapi cukup la untuk menjaga image malaysia..hehe~

5. Prague + Funfare bersama RNR

Cuti labour day 3hari.. kami ke prague pada hari jumaatnya, makan sushi, shopping2 then balikk...nex day kami pegi funfair, ramai2 bersama RNR, aku maen Bumpercar je.. oke i cant stop laughing when i think about my life back in highschool & primary school etc..owhh...how i miss the good old days..huhu... when we're having our dinner just now, suddenly my housemate pops out with a sentence "eh korang kalo tgok gmbar zaman2 sekolah dulu korg rase x korg huduh giler,selekeh giler...ke aku je rasa mcm tu??" hahahah.. then we continue our kemerepekan by flashback-ing all the sweet-old-crazy memories that all of us ever had before...

sakan la gelak..!! ye la mana xgelaknya, ada yang penah pakai sluar kaler gold tudung kaler ungu g kokorikulum, rase 'hot' giler dah tyme tu padahal giler sengal je ..ade plak yang pakai tudung labuh macam makcik hilang anak sampai malu nak tgok gmbar sendiri balik semula hahaha..ada yang rasa semua gambarnya mesti pakai satu jenis tudung tu, tudung kaler merah, sebab rasa tudung tu la paling cantek, padahal hahaha korang sambung la ayat aku tu hahaha...citer laen plak, ada yang pakai tudung konon dah bajet comel la tyme tu padahal bila tgok balik gmbar tu skrg giler selekeh anak tudung tejulur kedepan ntah ape2.. dan banyak la lagi... lawak la...hahahha~

Sekarang ni aku teringat pasal MRSM Mersing girls night 2003 mase tu aku kelas Acturus 4... bertemakan retro 80's kot...tak ingt sgt tapi pasal retro la.. sakan la semua orang pinjam baju makbapak zaman dlu2 punya..hahaha~

kelas aku bawak lagu Hail Amir & Uji Rashid, Katakanlah.. seingat aku mase tu classmate aku nama faizah yang nyanyi lagu tu.. yang laen sakanla menari twist, memng best giler la tyme tu sebb lelaki & perempuan diasingkan and kitorg buat kt tmpt tertutup..so ape lagi memng giler la semua orang...hehe~

aku yakin korg mesti xpenah dengar lagu tu..sebb sebelum kitorg praktis n pilih lagu tu pon, aku tak tahu pon kewujudan lagu tu..hahahahaa ni lagunya..korg try la dengar :o) kalo korg penah dengar lagu ni kira korg hebat la..haha~

Okey today, i just want to share something which i think quite interesting which is an article with title "Is our personality written in our handwriting?"..this article reveals the discovery in graphology about the study of handwriting and its relation to our personality..yup, i believe some might not agree with a few points stated in this article [me too!], but i think it's pretty cool to try it..kalo xda keja la..hahaha~

Of all the different methods out there for finding key personality traits, graphology, the analysis of handwriting, seems to make some sense. Think of how much handwriting varies from one individual to another; even the difference between signatures;legible versus illegible, signed with flourish or indistinct, suggests something about the person.

Our scrawls, whether chicken scratch-like or similar to computer font in their consistent neatness, are unique to us. Not even identical twins with their identical genetic makeup have the same handwriting, so there just might be something to the argument that our writing styles are somehow tied to our personalities.

Below are a few principles of graphology that seemed easiest to analyze so that even us non-experts could see what our handwriting potentially reveals :

HOW??

Unlocking the inner workings of our identities via graphology only requires two items:

a writing utensil and an unlined piece of paper.

If you’ve got old letters or notes with at least a couple paragraphs’ worth of text, the bulk of the work’s already done. but if not, just find something to copy and try to write as naturally as possible.

The study of handwriting involves looking at both small details, like the space between letters, and bigger ones, such as the amount of pressure used when writing. Each characteristic implies something different about the writer’s personality.

1. Spacing - Space can operate in a variety of ways when it comes to handwriting.

There are two main things to consider: space between words and space between sentences.[That’s why using an unlined piece of paper is essential—just how much space we put between sentences can provide insight.]

Spacing Between Words: this represents your comfort level when it comes to socializing.

Having very little space in between words, like in the photo above, suggests that you are a people-person who craves social contact.
A large gap indicates that you have trouble relating to others and might prefer being solo.
Those with an average amount of space fall somewhere in the middle.

Spacing Between Sentences in Paragraphs:

If it’s difficult to determine one line from another (almost no space), your thoughts might be a bit jumbled and confused.
On the other side of the spectrum, large spaces are associated with sharp perception and meticulousness.

2. Line Levels -Another reason to use unlined paper is to analyze the direction your lines travel naturally, such as if they ascend across the page or remain steadily straight. Supposedly, the baseline tells us about our emotional health.

Straight: Someone who writes in an exactly straight line could be rigid and methodical, to the point where he/she sees being emotional as having a lack of discipline. Mostly straight lines speak well of a person’s level of self-control and success in a variety of trades.
Acending/Descending: If the baseline slopes upward as you write from left to right (as it does in the picture below), you have a positive outlook and are generally enthusiastic and determined. If it slopes downward, that suggests depression, lethargy, or a tendency toward moodiness.

Very Wavy: When lines look like the outline of a roller coaster, it might mean that the writer feels emotionally unstable. However, having a slight wave for a baseline is common and generally indicates a balanced emotional outlook.

3. Slant of Writing- Whether writing slants toward the left or right, or if it’s fairly vertical, relates to one’s emotional reaction to situations.

Left Slant (\\\): If your writing slants toward the left, it’s possible you have trouble expressing yourself and come off as indifferent and distant to those around you.
Vertical (): A lack of slant in writing suggests that you’re guided by logic more than your emotions, but that there’s a fair balance between the two.
Right Slant (///): People who write with a forward slant, such as the example pictured below, follow their hearts and are usually more empathetic and caring than most.

4. Size of Writing -how big or small one’s font is represents their concentration skills.

Small: belongs to someone with a high concentration level and a superior attention to detail. She operates best when given one task at a time and the ability to tackle it alone.
Average: Those who can concentrate just enough to be effective, but not so much that they get caught up in the minute details.
Large: Bigger handwriting could point to a fast-moving mind that has trouble focusing on one thing for too long, preferring a variety of responsibilities and tasks.

5. Signature - People who study handwriting, such as Elaine Ness, feel that our signatures demonstrate how we want to be seen by others. They’re indicative of our public identities, but not necessarily our true selves. To best understand how signatures relate to the self, compare it to plain text, such as the body of a written letter.

Legible/Illegible: This relates to communication, particularly when it follows something the person has written him/herself. --> If the signature is legible, the person feels comfortable with what’s expressed and wants to associate with it; an illegible signature implies the opposite. --> And if the text and the signature are completely different (the text is legible and the signature is not, or vice versa), that means the individual is adopting a public persona that’s different from the private one.

*An illegible signature alone, like the one pictured above, possibly indicates that the person isn’t all that interested in being publically recognized. And according to Psychology Today, if part of the signature is crossed through, it could be a sign that the person fears negative judgment or is insecure about public perception.

Elaborate/Understated: A splashy signature with lots of loops or underscores might belong to someone who likes to show off and craves the spotlight. Some say that having a long line or swoop at the end of a signature is another sign of a person wanting to be noticed, especially if it rises above the rest of the signature. If the signature is small or is almost indistinguishable from the rest of the person’s handwriting, that could mean he is shy and modest.

5. Spacing: What kind of space lies between the first name and last name (or middle name/initial, if that’s included in the signature)?

The bigger the gap, the more a person is attempting to remove him or herself from a familial identity and focus on an individual one. The large space between Jane and Doe in the signature below indicates a tension and separation between the two.

Currently, graphology is thought of as a pseudoscience by the scientific community, meaning that it holds about as much clout as astrology or palm reading. There have been numerous studies that attempted to prove its accuracy, but most have been unsuccessful.

There are some points that I disagree with, such as a tail at the end of the signature symbolizing a cry for attention. Plus our handwriting can be affected by outside factors, such as how it becomes more jumbled if we’re in a hurry.

But I believe that studying handwriting could offer some understanding about ourselves, if only because it’s so individualized. Like any other method of personality analysis, it’s just a fun way to deconstruct ourselves in the hopes of getting a glimpse at who we really are. And maybe that’s not exactly written in the stars or our signatures, but it’s still fun to look.

Jarang sebenarnya aku dapat berkumpul bervideo conferencing bersama semua ahli keluargaku ramai2.. selalunya ym dengan angah, ngn along, telepon mak n ayah, semua berlaku separately, ye la masing2 dah berjauhan, dan sibuk kerja, study,dengan urusan masing2.. sekali-sekala, menghabiskan seharian berhubung melalui jaringan maya ini..menonton muka masing2, haih terubat rindu...ada mcm muka aku x??hehehe~

The human swine flu outbreak continues to grow in the United States and internationally.
Today, CDC reports additional cases of confirmed swine influenza and a number of hospitalizations of swine flu patients. Internationally, the situation is more serious too, with additional countries reporting confirmed cases of swine flu.
In response to the intensifying outbreak, the World Health Organization raised the worldwide pandemic alert level to Phase 4. A Phase 4 alert is characterized by confirmed person-to-person spread of a new influenza virus able to cause “community-level” outbreaks.”

The increase in the pandemic alert phase indicates that the likelihood of a pandemic has increased.People start to wear mask to avoid from being infected by the swine flu virus!!

Swine influenza is a respiratory disease of pigs first isolated in swine in 1930, according to CDC. The illness is caused by four different type A influenza strains that can cause outbreaks in pigs, though subtypes H1N1 and H3N2 seem to be more common.

How do people get infected?
Human infection happens intermittently, with most cases occurring when patients have direct contact with pigs.

But cases of an infected person transmitting the swine flu to others have also been documented, says the CDC. (A 1988 outbreak in pigs in Wisconsin led to multiple human infections, and there was evidence that a patient transmitted the virus to health care workers.)

Human-to-human infections do occur similar to the way the human seasonal flu virus is transmitted — through coughing, sneezing and coming in contact with a person or object with the virus.
People cannot become infected by eating pork or pork products. Cooking pork to an internal temperature of 160F kills the virus as well as other bacteria, notes the CDC.

Symptoms are similar to those of the regular human influenza virus: fever, lethargy, lack of appetite and coughing. Some who have been infected with the swine flu also reported having a runny nose, sore throat, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea.

The H1N1 swine flu viruses are antigenically very different from human H1N1 viruses and, therefore, vaccines for human seasonal flu would not provide protection from H1N1 swine flu viruses.There is currently no human vaccine for swine flu, but the flu vaccine may provide some protection against the H3N2 strain, though not the H1N1 strain.

I've a friend from dentistry class who offers me free dental check-up, and she also asks me to open this offer to all of my friends.. So here it is...

PERTAMA :

memikirkan masalah czech aku..credit test dah lepas dan result as expected menghampakan...

walaupon aku tahu ianya setimpal dengan usaha aku yang ciput untuk test tersebut..tapi menyesal tu tetap ada.. dan sifat semulajadi aku, walaupon ramai member senasib denganku..tapi aku xnak jadikan tu alasan untuk aku bersenang lenang dan rasa 'owh.. xpa..ramai je pon sama!'...i'm not that kind of person anyway!

kadang2 aku rasa aku ni sangat negative..sebab rather than expecting positive things to happen, i love to think about the negative consequences of certain things more..ramai org ckp fikir positive..fikir positive.. aku tahu! tapi aku ni mmg xboleh..mesti nk fikir yang bukan-bukan dulu..hahaahah~

tapi bagi aku benda2 ni xda problem sgt, lagi bagos ada la..bila aku fikir bukan2 dan fikir benda2 negative somehow it'll make me working hard to prevent the negative things from happening! ada sense of insecurity.. bagus jugak...semua tu sangat membantu, supaya xterlalu selesa, as a reminder, memberi kesedaran semua lah..!

KEDUA:

Dr Niang semasa lab practical tanya macam2 pasal heart diseases, enzymes involve etc... banyak dah belajar pasal benda ni...tapi macam biasa la xingt..

sampai dia kata..knape semua orang ni, final exam lagi 1 1/2 months je..tpi semua mcm lost je... memng betul pon, personally aku memng xda persediaan langsung ke atas topic2 yang lepas..yang dah agak lama ditinggalkan...haih apa nak jadi ni..nak balik mesia ke x ni...??

KETIGA:

my dearie sis, angah texted me, telling that she just finished her 1st paper.. dia tgh final sekarang ni..kami bersembang sket, tpi tak banyak sempat dicakapkan, YM buat hal, ntah knape ntah..

pastu aku xmo kacau dia banyak2 sebb i know she's busy with her exam..tapi kt sini aku nk share sket apa antara yang kami bincangkan, antaranya :

Seperti biasa, aku pon memainkan peranan sebagai seorang pakar motivasi terhandal...

memberi kata-kata perangsang pada akakku...walaupon diri sendiri tak berapa bermotivasi..

Dalam aku menulis untuk akak aku... menulis untuk menyemangatkan dia *'menyemangat?'mati kena pukul ngn cikgu BM kalo baca ayat ni..heheh* secara xlangsung, aku dapat rasakan, aku pon dah lama xmemuhasabah diri..terpikir jugak, aku ni pon mandom je, malas, xbersemangat,xbermotivasi...exam dah dekat..haih..

Jadi kes2 diatas membuatkan aku banyak berfikir hari ni..sampaikan aku dapat rasa aku pelik..taktahu la 'tang' mana peliknya tu..

tapi, hasilnya hari ni aku dapat rasakan ada satu aura..sangat bersemangat dan bersungguh..hati berkobar2 tiba2! mungkin momentum dari kes2 diatas ditambah dengan seisi memikir masalah diri...berkesan! dan sedikit sebanyak memberi kesedaran!~

tiba2 aku mcam terexcited sket...macam electon yang baru dapat energy..

tapi aku xnk la jadi electron sebb electron ni kejap ke terexcited kt higher stage pastu balik ke tempat asal..tak best!

aku nak sumthing yg irreversible! yang bila dah bersemangat dan bermotivasi tinggi, sampai bila2 maintain...baru bes! ada analogy laen x untuk ni??hahaha *oke..merepek!*

okey la, jam dah pon 3pagi..sebenarnya aku xpatut blogging sebab progress pembacaan physio aku malam ni masih ditahap yang agak lembap..mcm kura2! tapi tu la nk buat cmnakan..blogging ni sangat mengiurkan..hahaha~

Bercakap tentang lembap seperti kura-kura, teringat pulak cerita dulu pasal perlawanan lumba lari antara kura-kura dgn kancil , kalo jadi kura-kura tyme tu xpa lagi, sebab lembap2 pon menang jugak..hehe..tapi itu pon sebab kancil dok syok tido bawah pokok, belagak sgt sape suro hoho..

tapi konsistensi dan kegigihan kura-kura dalam citer tu memang best la kalo nk buat pengajaran..sebb dia tunjuk, walaupon lembap tapi kalo gigih dan konsisten, bole jugak menang...sebab tu kita kena konsisten or istiqamah dalam sesuatu hal...

TAPI...jap cuba kita layan sket lagi citer kura-kura n kancil ni...

kalo kita fikir kan...kalo kancil amek pengajarn dari cerita ni and bwat re-match, korg rasa sape menang?aku rasa mcm yakin la kancil x kan kalah dah.. *kalo kalah lagi sah la kancil ni xckp muhasabah diri lgi!haha~*
Sebab? secara fizikalnya, tanpa perlu menganalisis bones structure& muscles kancil pon dah nampak dan tahu kancil boleh menang kalo betul2 lawan lari dgn kura-kura kan.. logiknya kancil dan Kura-kura berlari tanpa henti dalam satu pertandingan, kompom la kancil akan menang kan..

Jadi satu lagi aku nk stress kt sini... aku rasa konsisten je pon xcukup...sebab terbukti dari cerita ni cepat dan konsisten lagi hebat dari yang lambat dan konsisten....Konsisten itu penting, tapi ia kena di'equip'kan dengan sifat2 hebat laen macam cepat,rajin, bijak, berdaya saing [saing ni bukan "bersama-sama" seperti dalam bahasa johor tu yerk..] dsb...

oke tu je la cerita pasal kancil dan kura-kura, korg mesti blurr kalo korg xtahu atau xingt apa2 pasal cerita sang kancil and kura-kura tu..hahaha~

sapa2 paham..sila ler amek pengajaran oke..hehehe~

okey, tamat citer kura-kura, kembali ke cerita asal...apa ntah aku tgah tulis tadi??jap..jap..

*tunggu seketika..aku sedang baca semula kemerepekanku diatas..lupa!*

owhh..oke, haaa..pasal bersemangat tu..sebenarnya aku cuma nk cakap aku dah lama xda perasaan macam ni..sebb aku sendiri pon xberapa nk bermotivasi sekarang ni kan..hoho

dlu awal2 pass final 1st year aku semangat la giler2...tapi as time flies, mcm haram semua harapan mcm debu je kena tiup angin hilang camtu je..hoho..susah betul nak rasa 24/7 bersemangat dan bermotivasi tinggi..

final pon dah xlama..tapi dari segi persediaan macam hampas je..ntah la...takot..hoho~

satu peringatan lagi!!

semangat je xcukup..kena followed by effort la...usaha!!!

Oke la cukup la sampai disini sahaja...dah bnyak sgt aku merepek ni..ngantuk sudey~! hoho~

musim-musim bunga...

Musim bunga tiba lagi, bunga dari pelbagai species mula mekar dari tumbuhan-tumbuhan yang wujud disini..daripada tumbuhan setinggi rumput hinggalah pokok setinggi atap bumbung rumah kami kesemuanya mula mengeluarkan bunga-bunga yang mengandungi pelbagai pigments seterusnya menjana kearah kemeriahan kaler2 bunga-bunga yang dapat dinikmati sekarang..hikhik!

Ringkasan overview mengenai musim bunga dari lensa mata penulis yang dikecilkan skopnya kepada beberapa keping gambar dibawah... sila la nikmati :o)

Salam a ahoj,

Seminggu sudah berlalunya TPMG spring camp,

kalau aku tanya sesiapa yang pergi camp ni..ingatkah lagi kamu apa yang kita diskusikan di Plumlov yang indah itu?? mampukah anda menjawabnya??masihkah segalanya melekat dihipocampus anda??... tepuk dada, sila uji minda&hati masing2..

TPMG, satu program yang boleh aku katakan sungguh bermakna dan berfaedah jika kita manfaatkan sepenuhnya..Secara jujurnya aku kagum dan puas hati dengan perjalanan program ni...dari segi pengisian, makanan, penginapan...semua boleh dikatakan terbaik!!

Tidak aku disini untuk mengulas panjang mahupun membentangkan semula isi2 yang diketengahkan sepanjang TPMG tersebut, tetapi hanya sebagai tanda penghargaan kepada orang2 disebalik tabir pembikinan program ini yang banyak berkorban masa dan sebagainya demi memastikan ianya berjalan lancar...terima kasih!

Secara jujur,banyak benda baru yang aku baru ketahui dan pelajari, khususnya mengenai perlaksanaan tanggungjawab kita sebagai hamba dan khalifah dibumi Allah ini, dan secara umumnya mengenai islam is the way of life [Ad-deen] yang sungguh praktikal....

Jutaan penghargaan kepada Dr Mohd Asri aka Dr MAZA di atas ulasan yang santai dan mantap beliau mengenai issue2 core dalam islam iaitu meragkumi yang utama iaitu akidah, dan yang laen2 seperti ibadah, akhlak dan dakwah...

To be frank, wat i like the most about Dr MAZA ni adalah mengenai approach-nya yang santai menyebabkan aku personally selesa untuk mendengar ceramahnya.. tambahan, beliau tidak bercakap tanpa bukti, segala yang dihujahkan sentiasa dikaitkan dengan nas2 Al-Quran, Sunnah, kehidupan masyarakat islam dulu dan sekarang etc... perbandingan antara kehidupan masyarakat islam kini khususnya diMalaysia dengan Ummat islam semasa zaman nabi dan sahabat2 juga sering diketengahkan bagi memudahkan kami2 melihat sendiri apa yang berbeza dan apa yang tak kena...

Tidak kurang, pengalaman menjadi mufti perlis banyak dikongsi bersama kami dan ia banyak membantu kita untuk melihat sendiri kelemahan institusi islam kita sekarang dan apa yang perlu diperbaiki...

sememangnya ramai yang tidak sedar, termasuk aku, secara tidak langsung banyak unsur2 penting dalam islam seperti Akidah contohnya tidak dititikberatkan oleh umat islam sekarang, kita lebih cenderung kepada issue2 yang laen yang adakalanya tidak wajar langsung untuk diketengahkan....Wallahualam!...

wokey la, cakap banyak pon xguna jugakkan.. aku pon takde apa nk komen mahupun nak kritik hehehe...

jadi kesimpulannya mari kita usaha mana2 yang patot untuk kita menjadi seorang hamba Allah yang bertambah baik masa demi masa...insyaAllah!
