Salam....Sebenarnya takda idea pon nk cakap apa tapi tangan gatal nk menaip..hehe..kalo ikutkan banyak je kena study sebab next week ada test immunology and czech!,tapi kemalasan membatasi segalanya..hehe.. plus, actually i tengah settlekan sum stuffs untuk winter break nanti...

Cuti 3hari sudah cukup untuk melemakkan badan dan mata hingga tidak mampu bangon dan bergegas ke kelas seawal 8pagi hari ini..Keluar akhirnya saya seawal 8.30pagi untuk ke lecture medbiology selepas men'skip' satu lecture biochem kol 8 tu..haha..[please dont try this at home!he3..]

hari ini terSANGATlah sejukkk suhu di tertera di board kt Central tadi 1degree celcius, tapi mcam rasa dah negative...frost everywhere,wrapping roof of cars,grass,banches etc..cahaya matahari tetap gah memancar namun masih tidak mampu mencairkan frost tersebut..hoho..sape cakap matahari paling hebat??!hahaha...

oke tadi berjumpa juniors di faculty..agak ramai bertanya bila agaknya akan turun kerpasan berbentuk salji aka SNOW tahun ini..haih diorg ni ingat kakak-kakak ni semua ahli nujum ke? xpon pentelek cuaca..ahahaha...tiba2 teringat pulak peristiwa kejakunan yang teramat kami semasa pertama kali menikmati snow di musim salju yang lepas..hehe.. kelakar juga kalo dipikir2 balik..tapi seronok dan jauh dilubuk hati terasa sangat bersyukur dapat nikmat sebegini besar.. Alhamdulillah, terima kasih Allah..

I dont have any picca with me rite now..i din collect em YET plus i didnt bring my pinky camera during those events..

Yesterday, 12 o'clock i was heading to MEDIUM for the Srdce k Srdci programme with the juniors held by CzeMsa HK...Due to some advice from the JPA officer in Czech republic, Azizul aka Busut the president of CzeMsa HK came out with an idea to make a programme for the students to share experience and tips together with the junior/ students in lower academic year...so the 3rd year will meet the 2nds and the 2nd with the 1st year....

so, yesterday, we talked about subjects in the 1st year, the requirements, tips and advices on how to meet the requirement of the subjects blablabla..starting with general overview about each subjects from the speakers assigned, then we were divided in small group to listen and answer any questions from the juniors...

I can't wait for the next programme for us, the 2nd year students with 3rd year students!.. i think programme like this is very helpful especially for us medical student in HK... thanks everyone!

After the Srdce K Srdci thingy, we went to ayee and awang's house for their housewarming [with zarif..hehe..]...having hot mee curry in a cold evening is so wonderful, ape lagi makan la sampai xingat dunia..hahaha...plus, the drink, kiwi-susu buatan awang yang sangat unik tu menjadi minuman utama dihari tersebut!...heee~ dapat tapau bawak balik lagi mee curry tu!huhuhu...gumbira~

after that, we[Cejpova+Na Hrade] with 2 olomoucians, azyana n marina went to JYSK, a nabytek to shop! JYSK ni macam IKEA...banyak barang rumah n hiasan2...bohuzel, mase kitorg sampai tu lagi 5minute pkul 6 and the shop is about to close..tapi sempat la mereka beli apa2 yang perlu...hehehe...the we continue our journey to HYPERNOVA , selepas memenuhkan satu troly yang agak besar kami pon beransur pulang..hehe! sempat jugak menpose2 sakan depan hypernova tu...macam xpenah pegi je,tapi xpa sebab ada 2org warga olomouc tu so kira macam tourists la jugak..hahah~

Down syndrome?!

SALAM a DOBRY DEN

After doing quite long karyotyping procedures on my blood sample last two week...

Today, dengan kudrat kedua-dua mata ini dapatlah saya menyaksikan keNORMALan my set of chromosomes 46(XX), no trisomy, no missing or additional chromosomes in the karyotyping...fuhhh!! so secara totalnya it's proven that i'm not having Down Syndrome or any other related syndromes related to disorder of chromosomes...

Today, in the medbiology&genetics lecture...seperti biasa semua mendengar dengan teliti the explaination from Prof Cervinka especially about the genetics thingy..disebabkan dia sangat berpengalaman dalam bidang tersebut, cerita-cerita dia sangatlah mengkagumkan semua students...genetics yang dulunya amat lah membosankan dah pon berubah kepada sesuatu yang best pulak...hehe..

but to be frank, tadi i'm quite dissapointed sebenarnya sebab banyak lagi knowledges dalam genetics ni tinggal menjadi persoalan or dengan erti lain cerita yang tergantung!..persoalan-persoalan ini masih belum diketemui jawapannya dan hanya beberapa assumption mampu dibuat...namun bagi kita sebagai seorang muslim kenyataannya sentiasa diketahui...ALLAH MASA ESA, MASA MENGETAHUI,MAHA BIJAKSANA... antara yang dibangkitkan tadi :

"pregnancy women with age 40 and above having high tendency to get a syndrome down child.. why only women's age being the factor contribute to syndrome down?not men's? what is the relationship between the age and syndrome down child? "

"every normal person has different physical characteristics due to different genes inherited...but what makes the syndrome down people have similar characteristics? takkan la diorg ada common genekan..macam pelik! "

Mungkin ada sikit elaboration on above cases kalo dibelek2 buku or digeledah dirangkaian maya [internet] ni..but what proff Cervinka cakap tadi, actually memang xda apa-apa evidence kalo nk elaborate above cases in detail, everything is so complicated and masih menjadi tanda tanya...

Inilah yang membuktikan betapa ceteknya ilmu manusia dan betapa terbatasnya pengetahuan kita..huhu..

SKALY trip and Hradec yang kacak!

As i mentioned before, i joined the Medical trip to Skaly,Bromouv sumwhere in Czech republic last weekend.. 3/4 of the participants was czech Med students, most of them are from the 5th and 6th study years.. Bestkan dah nk jadik doctor dalam 1-2 year time je lagi..

Ok back to the trip story! it was absolutely out of our imagination/expectation..our hope to have sightseeing trip became completely diminished as we have to walk/hike for about 10km to the place, Skaly..and suppose to walk 10km back,but due to our ke'pancit'an we took a shorter way about 5km to the nearest train station..wat i can say it's my impressive achievement for the year! walking and hiking for about 15km within a day...before ni nk jalan banyak2 pon malas, nk kemana-mana mesti nek public transport!hoho...But overall it's quite good to have such activities dari asik 'mandom' je dalam bilik ngadap buku!hehe.. regret? frankly, not really la, mase awal2 tu ada la jugak rasa regret tapi bila dah nk menamatkan perjalanan tu macam rasa kagum pun ada kt diri sendiri sebab mampu menamatkan pengembaraan tu.. berpegangkan pepatah melayu 'Alang-alang menyeluk pekasam biar sampai kepangkal lengan' this quote make our spirit strong to complete the journey! congratulation to all who participate! Even kekejangan muscles 2-3hari ni tapi still macho...hahaha...

Instead having a safe/good trip...we got the oppoutunities to mingle around with the czech students..sebb kalo kt Uni pon bukan senang nk cakap ngn diorg ni, sebab semua busy dengan hal masing-masing plus, diorg ni kebanyakannya ambil medic in czech parallel, while us the international students learn medic in english parallel...different!. so, as they're already in the 5th,6th year medical studies, kitorg pon tanya la macam2 as advices and tips to success in this field, plus the clinical year blablabla..hehe..

ok la nk cerita pasal Hradec yang kacak plak...hehe~

plus i wanna add a sad story of us [warga Cejpova420!], kan ke kitorg tapau maccaroni goreng and nasi goreng yang banyak lebih kt Medium masa tu bagi membenarkan kemalasan kami untuk memasak bermaharajalela...after balik umah tu kitorg singgah la ke Obchodni Dum Tesco untuk membeli beberapa benda yang bes!..sebab kami membawa sedikit 'jajan tesco' dan air minuman yang masih baru/segar daripada hamper iGames [divide kt medium] jadi kami pon bersepandapat untuk meletakkannya diluar supaya tidak dianggap mencuri nanti...sebb tiga-tiga pun nak masok membelibelah!hehe...so kitorg pon letak la plastic yang terkandung semua diatas dan makanan yang ditapau tu di luar [bukan luar tesco tapi tempat after kaunter tu depan2 kedai jam2 n tempt orang blend coffee tu ], selepas berfikiran bahawa insyaAllah takda orang kot yang nk amek..hehe so kitorg pon bershopping makanan sepuas2nya...masa bayar, cashier tu siap jengah ke trolley kitorg lagi tu nk make sure xda barang kitorg xbayar, dalam hati 'haih selamat letak barang2 tadi kt luar' , dah la semua pon brand tesco, kalo x, sah2 kena bayar plak or even worst kena tuduh mencuri plak...so, that's it, lepas bayar, nk balik, kitorg pegi ketempat 'penyimpanan' barang tadi, CISSSSS! dah xda...waaaa...sedih! baru berangan nk sambung makan balik rumah tu, tengok2 plastic semua yang kitorg letak lesap macamtu je...'takda rezeki' tu je yang mampu dikatakan...tapi sedih masih terbayang2 ketulan-ketulan ayam dalam nasi goreng tu dan kesedapan maccaroni goreng tu...haih! tapi tu la dah bukan rezeki kitorg nak buat macamana..hahaha hampeh~

Today is the last class for the Introduction of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy with Prof Mariana Bazantova, Overall i can say that the elective subject is pretty cool! you can see clearly ur behavioural/physiological problems and the solution,how to deal with it..we submitted our essay, i do an essay on 'Perfectionisme'. i'm glad that the professor love my essay!

4. USA : Election result..

"Barrack Obama, he is the man who will lead the world" kata Prof. biochem saya tadi... Obama was announced as the America's first black president today.. CHANGES? from bush to obama..will it make any difference? especially for muslim community, what can we expect from him? Better life in Afghanistan and Iraq? no war? no racism? we will see later... A big task waiting for Obama now is the economical problem of the century in US... let's us see what Obama capable to do..

Yes that is wat i feel like doing because it's hard for me to memorize people's birthday! even sumtime my family's pon kena reconfirm balik dengan sape2, lagi la kawan2 kan ..hahaha.. MY BAD! tapi pada sape2 yang saya ingat birthday dia tu kena bwat sujud syukur kot,sangat bernasib baik..hahaha..tapi sekarang mcm nk berazam baru la..nk start listing the date of people's birthday!hehehe...so xda la lost nnti! hehe...berdoa la azam ni menjadi kenyataan, xstart lagi ni busy memanjang..hehe~

Hradec JUARA iGames08!

Kralovians..Congratulations for the great performance in iGames 2008 v Praze. Even Prague was annouced as the winner, deep in our heart we know which kontijen deserved better to be the champ! Hradec Kralove la.... With 6 champs out of 13 games i dunno wat when wrong till its quite hard for prague to accept the fact that actually we're the real winner for this iGames...myb dah malu kot sebab asik ckp orang kangkung n bendi je..

Kautan Emas oleh Hradec Kralove bukti segalanya bukan hanya omongan kosong...juga bukti yang menunjukkan bahawa tanpa perlu melabel mana kontijen laen dengan pelbagai sayuran, Hradec tetap hebat...Alhamdullilah rezeki Allah...Tahniah kepada kita semua! we won 6 (1st place)out of 13 games..

No word can describe how proud i'm to be part of Kralovians..Everyone including those who came just to support our athletes has shown how united we were; standing strong as a team, giving each other support and yet in the end we were very much disappointed due to a loss that was never expected. But hopefully this will motivate us more to work harder in the future..

I'm pretty sure ramai yang tak berpuashati on the way the committee in Prague managed the competition, tapi xpa la dah abes pon kan semua... what i can say here, i can see the main aim of the iGames which is to strengthen the bond between students in CZ was not really achieved...rasanya dari segi hubungan makin berantakan/teruk ada la kot..cume yang bagusnye ukhuwah antara rakan2 seperjuangan [sama kontijen] sememngnya bertambah utuh tetapi tidak untuk sahabat berlainan kontijen/Uni...

Plus, Sori tu say but ramai berpendapat bahawa provokasi yang wujud sejak dari awal promosi iGames [kutuk-mengutuk samaada didalam video mahupun comment2 berbaur ganas blablabla] sudah menunjukkan bahawa hala tuju igames yang asalnya bertujuan dijadikan wahana untuk mengukuhkan ukhuwah sesama pelajar menjadi satu platform untuk menambah musuh dan memutuskan tali persahabatan...Haih kalo macam ni xpayah teruskan pon xpa kot iGames ni.. amat berharap agar mana2 perselisihan faham yang berlaku sepanjang iGames berlangsung sudahpun reda dan segalanya sudah pulih kembali seperti biasa..

Seterusnya bagi memanjangkan post ni nk bercerita pasal professionality, from iGames kali ni,I also realised professionality is very important for an organisation/ a leader either in accepting comment, condemn etc or in accepting praise from the audience... without proffesionality every single thing yang 'busuk sket' yang dilemparkan oleh pihak umum will be the reasons for figthing/anger/fire blablabla and everything will end up dengan pergaduhan pertelingkahan.. sememangnya sukar untuk sesebuah organisasi untuk memastikan kesemuanya berpuashati dengan kerja dan usul mereka, tapi jadikan segala teguran sebagai satu ruangan untuk lebih kuat berusaha untuk memperbaiki perkara yang perlu dan meningkatkan mutu kerja masing-masing..take it as a challenge pon ok jugak!.. Anyway, i'm not gonna continue writing this point cause i'm worry if it will cause problem later..hehehe.. for budak2 prague yang working for the iGames..trimas oke walaupun iGames kali ni sangat tinggi kadar kontroversinya tapi terima kasih la pada masa dan tenaga yang dicurahkan!~

Back to the main point...kemenangan Hradec Kralove sememangnya tidak dinafikan malah banyak warga laen [selain warga HK] tertanya2 kenapa bukan Hradec yang dinobatkan juara...walaupon banyak emas dirangkul namun rezeki tidak menyebelahi..silapnya tidak pula diketahui dimana..Namun bagi kami pingat emas yang kami perolehi besar maknanya dan kami pulang dengan Maruah...menang bermaruah! Seorang sahabat men'Sinonim'kan keadaan sekarang ni dengan persaingan 2kontijen besar dunia China dan USA di Olympic Beijing08..Di Beijing ketika itu, China yang hanya mengumpul emas terbanyak merangkul Juara Keseluruhan mengatasi USA yang pada ketika itu mempunyai pingat keseluruhan terbanyak[E,P,G]...USA hanya ketinggalan dalam kutipan emas sahaja terpaksa akur dengan keputusannya berada ditempat kedua, ini menunjukkan bahawa pingat emas mengatasi pingat2 yang lain...renung-renungkan lah!

Ok la dah ngantok..malas nk taip dah, kalo ikot idea sekarang sememngnya sangatlah mencurah2 ke ladang gandum tapi kena pikir kalo nk tulis lagi kena 'tapis2' skit lagi leceh! nnti kalo xkena tahan ISA pulak hahaha...Oke i think buat Cognitive-Behavioural Essay kot lagi best..hehe..
